Huge southwest burrito $9
Aireal S.

The line was long and the place was crowded but the service was very quick! The eggs were mid but it was good for the price and size. I added chalula for more flavor. The hot chocolate was AMAZING. Definitely grab one to warm up after hitting the slopes. All the workers were nice, super cute little shop

Great place for coffee in the snowmass village mall! I got a dirty chai latte and it was amazing. Not too spicy, not too sweet. The breakfast burritos and food in general all looked so good, but unfortunately I didn't try anything during my stay. I like that they were actually open early too because most stores didn't open until 9/10am.

Multigrain bagel with veggie sausage and tahini spread

Fuel was one of the few places that we repeated during our stay. Mostly because you can't beat the convenience of a 3 minute walk to our condo. But also: - several milks available (almond, soy, coconut, and most importantly, oat) - vegan sandwich marked on menu (avocado, very thinly sliced sweet potato, tahini spread, red onion, lettuce) - several vegan smoothies, including green giant which was a burst of flavor. Made with soy milk + mango, peaches, and bananas - Bagel options (plain, multi grain, +) - We made our own vegan bagel sandwich with veggie sausage and tahini spread. Definitely can recommend this combo (even if it doesn't look pretty!) It was surprisingly good - Coffee was decent - Staff was very friendly

Love this shop! The workers know me by name, and exactly what I wanna order! The green giant smoothie is so delicious with a little added protein always curbs my craving for a healthy start to my day. For the first time I ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese and it was so delicious as well. I frequent this place when I'm working, and it's what I look forward to everyday!

The food is great and is usually pretty quick service. Great place to go for lunch while on the mountain during the winter

Great place for a morning burrito if you're in Snowmass. Best to call ahead. Actual prices are higher than the old Yelp pics.

Fast friendly service. Coffee beverage was just ok and bagel sandwich was flavorless, which was puzzling as it was on an Everything Bagel.

There weren't many options so I tried fuel out for coffee and a breakfast burrito. It was good but nothing special.

I've only tried the burritos and they're pretty basic. But the prices are decent for being in Snowmass Village.

Stink eye, bad vibe service. Not going back. Better places in the mall for coffee. Too unfriendly for the prices there.

It was also my first time trying Ethiopian influenced food, and it felt like a great introduction. The dish had warmth, depth, and a kind of layered spice profile that felt both new and comforting at the same time. Overall, a really memorable meal in Aspen especially the oxtail, which alone is worth going for.

There is a sweet deck attached for eating outside, which we took advantage of the first time we went. The restaurant interior is just as charming, very clean and modern aesthetic, offering a lovely place to eat. The menu is fresh and wholesome ingredients. We got the same things both times, the Thai noodle salad and the tomato soup - both to die for !! So good. The second time we went we also got a cappuccino, which we regret not getting the first time. The staff is welcoming and super nice, the service was extremely fast and each time we were very well taken care of. We found out that Mawas is a Michelin guide restaurant which is hugely notable on how good this place is. You definitely won't regret going to Mawas kitchen.

This review is for both the restaurant and the room service (which is an identical menu). I would…read moresuggest you use the room service option. If you are going to leave your room for dinner/lunch there are better options. Lunch/dinner: The turkey club is fantastic. The French fries are not. Substitute anything else (including the sweet potato fries which are amazing). The New England clam chowder is better than decent but not amazing. Worth ordering if you are in the mood for soup. The Caesar salad is large and flavorful. The grilled chicken addition was not as pleasant... albeit passable. The chopped salad was great... although I held the blue cheese and had the dressing on the side. Breakfast: The eggs were prepared to order correctly and properly. The turkey sausage was waaaaaaaay too dry... even at the end of the breakfast time span, meals should be prepared fresh and correctly. This definitely appeared to be turkey sausage cooked long ago and set under a heat lamp to shrivel up and desiccate. Very disappointing. Similarly the roasted potatoes were dry and over cooked... see above. The Greek yogurt was not sweeter enough for my taste. Very little honey on top. But they did provide extra honey with the jam and butter for the toast so I could add more. The berries were fresh and delicious! Overall I would recommend lunch/dinner in room service. Avoid breakfast. And if you want to leave the room; leave the resort and try something different!

Everything that they make is cooked to order. They have several breakfast packages. We booked one where we could spend up to $60 per day for 2 people. We weren't sure if the daughter's breakfast was included. At $18 for breakfast, and $5 for a cup of coffee, it was easy to reach $60. The daughter and I had our waiter well trained. He sat us down at a window table every morning and gave us coffee and juice while we waited for the wife's take out breakfast. After the wife's breakfast was done, he allowed us to go deliver the breakfast before coming back and ordering our breakfast. It is better than a typical hotel buffet because everything is cooked to order. You do have a lot more variety than a typical hotel buffet. I got their classic breakfast everyday. They cooked my over medium eggs perfectly. Even though I ordered their classic breakfast everyday, I could try different combos like ham, bacon or sausage. Daughter liked their burritos, and lollipop pancakes. Service was good. Everyone one of the employees working here are foreign students working on their hospitality degrees. They all spoke English pretty well. They came by frequently to check on us, and to fill our glasses with coffee or juice. It's a nice place for breakfast, with a great view out their window. It is way better than a hotel breakfast buffet. The daughter's breakfast was included in our stay. They started our day off right.

It smells wonderful, like you were back at home, waiting on Sunday Supper when you enter. Definitely not fancy, but the staff quickly greets you with a warm friendly welcome smile and some great tips on what to expect. It seems like they are only willing to hype up whatever they are serving in a modest way, because they seem to really enjoy the over-the-top reactions that will follow, once the meal is served. Seriously, I had a cup of their clam chowder, and a bowl of the Habanero Chile and pork stew, with sliced bread and butter. Wow! The clam chowder was very good, but that stew was super delicious. It was so good, we had to go back the next evening to do it all over again. This time I ordered the Chicken and sausage stew, which was also delicious. I would have gone a third night, if I didn't have to get back to So Cal the next morning. The prices are very reasonable and the service is friendly, prompt and professional. I highly recommend this place and just pray they will be open when I return in October.
