Ambience was perfect very chill environment. Service was impeccable and all of our dishes were amazing. My favorite was the Caesar salad which also had an anchovy on top. Definitely recommend.

One of the best meals I have had in a very long time and the service was absolutely incredible! Honestly cannot recommend this place enough. We did family style for the table and had the san daniele prosciutto and mozzarella, vitello tonnato, fritto misto "palm beach style" (obsessed with the lemon aioli), polenta, fegato e funghi (phenomenal), black truffle pizza (also phenomenal), linguine frutti di mare, sant ambroeus ravioli, rigatoni strofinati, fettuccine alla bolognese, branzino all'isolana, brussel sprouts, and mashed potatoes. As I'm writing this, I'm trying to pick favorites, but keep bopping around because everything we got was so good! I will say (in addition to my comments on the appetizers) that the ravioli was the best I've ever had, the strofinati sauce was perfection, and the bolognese! Oh my goodness - incredible. I don't live in Aspen unfortunately, but will absolutely return to Sant Ambroeus when I visit again and in the meantime, will dream of this food.

Outstanding staff, good food, wonderful desserts and a good wine list. Gnocchi were delicious. Price as you'd expect for Aspen.

Coffee and cakes were great, the staff is NOT friendly at all but just blow them off and you will be fine.

Was excited to have coffee & lunch and get some work done, and this very rude French women said I can't use my laptop here. What a waste.

Amazing atmosphere food service. Love this place. Every dish I've tried is a 10! A little on the pricey side but worth every penny!

It was also my first time trying Ethiopian influenced food, and it felt like a great introduction. The dish had warmth, depth, and a kind of layered spice profile that felt both new and comforting at the same time. Overall, a really memorable meal in Aspen especially the oxtail, which alone is worth going for.

There is a sweet deck attached for eating outside, which we took advantage of the first time we went. The restaurant interior is just as charming, very clean and modern aesthetic, offering a lovely place to eat. The menu is fresh and wholesome ingredients. We got the same things both times, the Thai noodle salad and the tomato soup - both to die for !! So good. The second time we went we also got a cappuccino, which we regret not getting the first time. The staff is welcoming and super nice, the service was extremely fast and each time we were very well taken care of. We found out that Mawas is a Michelin guide restaurant which is hugely notable on how good this place is. You definitely won't regret going to Mawas kitchen.

The crispy chicken sandwich is honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Perfectly crispy, juicy, and balanced with just the right amount of heat. The kale salad and fries were also excellent, and everything came out quickly despite how busy the place was. The service was upbeat and welcoming, and the whole experience felt effortless. If you want a fun, laid-back lunch or dinner in Aspen without sacrificing quality, this is absolutely the place.

The service was wonderful, we got our food very quickly, and the ambiance was adorable. A little loud but nothing too crazy. The food itself was fine. We ordered the duo dip, French fries, the French dip, and the chicken sandwich. The guac and the other dip were really good and we loved the chips too. The fries are pretty much what you'd expect, except once they got to room temperature they became super hard and not very edible. My husband said the French dip meat was good and tender, pretty good flavor overall. I had the chicken sandwich which was huge! They split the sandwich into three wedges and I could only finish two. I liked the texture of the chicken was nice and I liked the slaw on it, however, the flavor overall was kind of lacking. I would say it was a bit overhyped. Overall, it was a nice experience for a decent price and I'm glad we went. Would we go back? Probably.
