When we first arrived, everything seemed fine. There was a woman celebrating her 80th birthday,…read morewhich was actually very sweet and not an issue at all. Unfortunately, the problems started when we received our food. Our order came out in separate parts, and at one point, an employee even took some of our food to the wrong table. When we explained that we were still missing items from our order, we were questioned about it rather than having the situation simply checked and corrected. What made the experience more frustrating was that two people at our table had already received and finished their meals before the rest of our food even arrived. We had to repeatedly explain that we were still missing items. Mistakes happen, especially when a restaurant is busy, but the way the situation was handled made the experience disappointing. Better communication and attentiveness from the staff would have made a big difference.

I went to get Chinese food but they were closed so I decided to give this spot a try…read more The female cashier seemed to instantly get irritated because I asked for light ice. You would have thought I asked her to freeze the water until it turned to little cubes. I assume the male near her was the manager. He encouraged me to order the Philly Steak egg roll. NASTY! Then he suggested the Korean salad. NASTY and too hot to enjoy taste! The chicken egg rolls were cold and seemed they had been frozen because the inside was cold while the outside was crispy. The price for 10 wings and fried rice an drink is about $20. For $5-$10 more I could have eaten a great steak at Longhorns or Saltgrass (Texas) The shrimp fried rice was thick grained rice not the rice from a Chinese restaurant although, it was Shrimp Fried Rice. I drenched it with all kinds of sauces. I ordered a single fried Whiting fish and it was not in my order. But, I lived too far to go back and argue about it. I would only go in for their Peach Drink. Definitely won't be going back.

When Publix fills an RX, their website and app says that you can skip the pharmacy checkout line…read moreand go to to the Prepaid pickup window. See pics for where they are promoting this. Don't believe them...they don't do it. I go to the Locust Grove, GA store #1052 to pick up my 1 $2.07 RX. I walk past the line up to the Prepaid Pickup window. I am told by the person at the regular pickup window to go to the back of the line. I tell her no need to because I prepaid. She says there is no one to help me even though there are at least 5 other people working. I say I will just wait here. I am told that the 2 that can help me are both on the phone and they are too busy to help. So I stand there waiting on my prepaid RX while the snarky cashier helps every other customer except me. After they clear out all the other customers she tells me she can get me now. One of the other two that can help is off the phone but didn't even bother. Don't offer a service that you don't provide and then have nasty, mean girl staff make sure they don't help you. Complete customer service fail and unfriendly service on top of not delivering what service that you promised and promote. Also don't think you will get help from the Publix corporate office either. After 6 calls of being hung up on and transferred all over the place because there is no "CARE" in their Customer Care, I finally was able to leave a message for a "Mike Chavez" over the Pharmacy services for store #1052. Did he give me a call back? No he did not. And based on Publix's total lack of caring about the customer, I am sure I won't hear from him tomorrow either.

The pasta is very watery, to the point that there's liquid sitting throughout the container. This is not what I expected at all, especially when I'm paying for a quality meal. I understand restaurants can have an off night, but this is honestly unacceptable to serve to a customer. I shouldn't have to drain water out of my pasta before I can even attempt to eat it. I'd appreciate it if someone could make this right, whether that means remaking the order properly or issuing a refund. I'm not trying to be difficult--I just expect the food I paid for to be prepared and served properly.
