    Tikka Masala
    Helen G.

I ordered the tikka masala spicy. I think it was pretty good but not spicy enough, there was a little bit too much tomato in my opinion. Portions were generous. Service was excellent and the man in the front was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself was a little cozy but everyone is friendly.

The food was awesome. So fresh and the taste of the food was so good my mom ate some and she never eats this type of food. So we both LOVE it. Highly Recommended eating here. You will love it. I will be going back to place for sure.

I placed an order to go online for the Goat Special 1/2 Goat Biryani 1/2 Goat Qorma, Tandoori Chicken Leg and a Qtr Flan, and 1 Full Naan which I upgraded to garlic. If you put in the description of your vehicle they will bring your order out to your car. I really had high hopes for this restaurant however the flavors just didn't hit the mark for me, coming from the Bay Area I have had my fair share of Indian food. The dishes were good don't get me wrong but didn't have my taste buds singing at all. I may give them another try, and sample something different.

Delicious ordered the butter chicken with rice and Naan. Everything was on point, plenty of food and freshly made. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. My first time here will be back. I stumbled on this place while getting my oil changed across the street.

First time customer and left underwhelmed unfortunately. It is a small family owned restaurant it looks like. Everyone was friendly, no issues with the service. We ordered beef and veggie samosas, butter chicken, white rice, naan, and garlic naan. The rice and naans were the best part of our meals. Unfortunately both samosas were not good. The veggie was stuffed with peas and carrots, no flavor. Typically it has potato as well with spices but not here. The beef samosas were also lacking flavor (they are small also). The chutnees were also not great, the white one didn't really taste like anything which was very disappointing. The chicken tikka masala (butter chicken) was tomato based with no cream and we only counted 7 pieces of chicken. Overall disappointed with our meal here, we spent over $30 and still hungry.

My fav Tikka Masala in DFW. There's one other place I love but it doesn't have the same local vibe that Silver Spoon does. When you're here you feel like you've found a well-kept secret. Everything here is great. You can't miss. The owners/staff are always so kind. Service is friendly and prompt and if you have any questions they'll patiently answer them all to make sure you get what you're looking for. It's been a while since I've dined in here, I typically pick it up otw home. So I'll have to go back soon and get some good pics of the food. It worth the drive though! Even if it doesn't end up being your fav you won't regret the trip.

Can't tell that the butter naan has any butter on it and it's not very fluffy. Rice - 2/5. I just want plain rice on the side. Typical for this genre of restaurant...this is not the sort of place I'd want to dine in. You certainly can, but it's lacking on the interior. I picked up my second order from here and would not recommend dining in. Service - N/A since I did not dine in. Price - 4/5 Overall I'm super excited about this being my new takeout place. I've tried a lot of basic white girl Indian dishes around the area and this one is by far the best. I just wish their naan was better and their rice was plain. Realistically I should give the place a 4/5 for that, but their chicken tikka is just that good.

From quick service to bold, traditional flavors, everything felt comforting and satisfying. We started with the tandoori malai soya chaap, which was incredibly flavorful--perfectly cooked with that classic tandoor smokiness and well-balanced spices. The paneer paratha, topped with a generous dollop of fresh white butter, was outstanding. They were kind enough to make it mild for our kid, which we really appreciated. The kulcha chole was another highlight. The kulcha was soft and fluffy, and paired beautifully with the chole. The imli-pyaaz ki chutney on the side tied everything together perfectly. Service was fast, the food arrived hot, and the meal hit just right on a cozy winter evening. Since it's a small place, the wait can be long--definitely recommend going early. The dining area is spacious and flexible, with seating that works well for individuals, couples, and larger groups. Everything was clean, and the dining area smelled of Indian spices. Ordering is straightforward and efficient: you walk up to the counter, place and pay for your order, the food is delivered to your table and you enjoy it. I appreciated how generous the breakfast combos are each one comes with a good amount of food. We ordered a breakfast combo with all of our favorites: dosa, upma, idli, sambar, and vada. The dosa was well-fermented, crisp, and flavorful. The upma was soft and comforting, with a moist, fluffy texture and was well seasoning. The idli was light and fluffy, and the sambar had just the right of flavor to complement it. The vada was crisp on the outside, tender inside, and paired especially well with the sambar. We finished our meal with a masala chai and left very satisfied. The prices were reasonable for the quantity and quality of food served. A place that promises a mix of South Indian classics along with Indo-Chinese favorites always piques my curiosity. So we decided to stop by and give it a try. Located in Frisco, Texas it is fairly easy to find. Parking was also manageable, which is always a plus. The place has a casual and welcoming vibe, nothing overly fancy, but comfortable and inviting. Even on a Tuesday, the place was packed. Fortunately, we had called and reserved a place. The décor leans toward a traditional Indian restaurant feel with a simple setup that keeps the focus on the food. We were soon seated and provided with Fryums, which we finished within a minute. The server wad happy to answer questions about the menu. We decided to explore a variety of items from different sections of the menu and the food came out at a reasonable pace. We ordered: 1 Mushroom ghee roast 1 Baby corn manchurian 1 Onion chilli uttapam 1 Benne dosa 1 Chole bhature 1 Set dosa with salna 1 Jackfruit biryani The 'Mushroom ghee roast', was truly excellent with great flavors. The mushrooms were nicely coated in the rich, spicy ghee roast masala, delivering that bold South Indian punch. Next came the 'Baby corn Manchurian',, a classic Indo-Chinese favorite. The baby corn had a good crunch and the sauce had that familiar tangy-spicy flavor you associate with hakka cuisine. For the dosa section, we tried the 'benne dosa', which had a nice buttery flavor and crisp texture- simple yet satisfying. The 'Set dosa with Salna' was soft and fluffy, and the salna added a nice aromatic gravy element to the dish. The 'Onion chilli uttapam' was thick, soft, and generously topped with brown onions, making it a comforting bite. All the above South Indian dishes were great but what blew us away was the 3 chutneys: Tamarind, Spicy Tomato Chilli and Green Peanut. They were absolutely delicious and took the food to another level. The Sambhar however was decent but not that great. Moving to the North Indian side, the 'Chole bhature' came with fluffy bhature and well-spiced chole. We absolutely loved the depth of flavor. Finally, the 'Jackfruit biryani' was an interesting and enjoyable dish. The jackfruit worked surprisingly well as a meat substitute, absorbing the biryani spices nicely and adding a unique texture. However, some of us found it to be bit more on the tangy side. To Foodies: If you enjoy exploring a wide range of Indian flavors, from South Indian breakfast classics to Indo-Chinese appetizers and hearty North Indian dishes, this place is worth checking out. The menu offers variety, and it's a good spot if you want to try multiple styles of Indian cuisine in one sitting. To Management: You have a solid and diverse menu that covers many Indian favorites. Continuing to maintain consistency in flavor and presentation will go a long way. A few standout dishes highlighted on the menu or recommendations from staff could also help first-time visitors navigate the wide selection.
