I usually order from DoorDash so this review is for those. Butter Chicken - 5/5 and easily one of my top 3 in the area. Very creamy and flavorful, and the chicken was so incredibly tender Tikka Masala - 5/5 basically it's the butter chicken plus bell peppers and onions. I didn't think it could get better than the butter chicken but that's exactly how to make it better, in my book. Naan - 3/5. One of the weaker naans in the area. Can't tell that the butter naan has any butter on it and it's not very fluffy. Rice - 2/5. I just want plain rice on the side. Whatever I got had far too much going on and I didn't like the flavor when trying to eat my curry. Chicken 65 - 5/5 absolutely spot on delicious. Interior - 2/5. Typical for this genre of restaurant...this is not the sort of place I'd want to dine in. You certainly can, but it's lacking on the interior. I picked up my second order from here and would not recommend dining in. Service - N/A since I did not dine in. Price - 4/5 Overall I'm super excited about this being my new takeout place. I've tried a lot of basic white girl Indian dishes around the area and this one is by far the best. I just wish their naan was better and their rice was plain. Do not buy anything takeout to serve your guest. you will be disappointed. I bought Veg Dum Biryani family pack yesterday. The dish was inedible due to excessive salt and spice, leaving my guests hungry and forcing me to throw the food away. Their service is absolutely AWFUL. We walked in after a really terrible day and just want some comfort indian food and chai. The chai is overly sweet and they refused to give us refills. The person at the register was very rude and was reluctant to give us a to-go box. Ambiance was okay, but the atmosphere was just not good because of the service. They didn't bring the food to the table. The presentation of the food was terrible, just thrown onto these plastic plates. The dahi puri was terrible - no flavor, chai was not good, and the Chicken 65 was really a chicken salaan. Highly do not recommend. Will not be back. read more

Lovely place to visit in Allen for super casual dining ... The interior is quite spacious and the staff was very welcoming. More importantly the food was delish ... We got the Samosas and Onion Bhaji appetizers as we waited for our dinner. We had the Butter chicken w/Garlic Naan and the Mutton Dum Biryani. Portions for both were sumptuous and the flavors were awesome. Expect some self-service as before you sit as you will need to get your own plates, silverware & napkins .. No biggie though. The tandoori chicken is exceptional. The "snacks" are amazing too. Come in and explore this menu immediately. Caveat emptor: when I ordered the chicken, they did not mention anything about how long it will take. When I went back up to the counter after about 15 minutes, they told me oh, your chicken order will take 30 minutes. When I came back to the counter after 45 minutes, they said it will be another 15 minutes. This place was absolutely terrible. From the quality of the food, to the service to the presentation. Every single thing was awful. We ordered chai, dahi puri, chicken 65, dosa, and samosas. The only item that was remotely good was samosas, that's all. We received the dahi puri 20 minutes after we finished our meal and after reminding the staff multiple times, which also looked like it was just tossed together and handed to us. Don't even get me started on the service. This place is a disaster. I want to go throw up so I can enjoy a meal somewhere else!! read more

The overall service was wonderful! Sneha was the main staff member who helped us. Although the food was pretty good, what we appreciated most was the service itself. I want to highlight Sneha and her outstanding customer service, she was incredibly sweet, accommodating, and courteous. It's pretty much a self-serve concept, you order at the counter, choose a table, and your food is brought to you, but you grab your own plates and utensils. They even provide bottled water. As for the food, the portions were generous, which was great! The fried shrimp noodles was delicious, and the rice items were good too, though not quite up to the mark. The curry leaf chicken was excellent, with great flavor. The vegetarian rice was a bit disappointing, but we had customized it to include gobi (as in with gobi mancharian that my friend pictured), so it didn't quite hit the spot, though I'd say wasn't the restaurant's fault. Sneha helped us change the dish, but it still didn't meet my friend's expectations. I took my kid here for lunch & asked if the food is spicy, I was told their food is on the non-spicy side. I ordered two masala dosa, 15 minutes later one of plates arrived which looked good, another 10 minutes later the second plates arrived half burnt. My kid complained about the potatoes being spicy and when I tried it, I found it way out of my comfort zone so I had to get a refund for the meal & go elsewhere for lunch. The restaurant looks clean and somewhat fancy, there's plenty of chairs indoors & in general the atmosphere is pleasant. Pretty sure the cash register forgot to put our order in the kitchen. The cashier(s) were particularly rude and would not give us any update on the orders when asked after 40 minutes of waiting. Poor customer service. The 2 cashiers clearly saw me standing in line and let 3 different people walk up and cut in front of me. I was standing only a couple of feet away from the register so I would not crowd the customer who was in front of me and already ordering. I waited patiently and when they finally took my order (after waiting 10 minutes with all the people cutting in front of me) they said it would take 40 minutes to cook the food. Have tried this place several times and every time there were issues. The first visit was dining in and the food took ages and was mediocre. Several other diners who seemed friendly with the staff received their food well before us despite ordering after. The next two times were call in, to go orders. Both times there was no one working the pickup desk and the casheirs just ignored the several people standing there for ages.
