This establishment is clean and has a bright, airy, and modern ambiance. Vanessa was our server, and she was warm and friendly, checking in on us periodically. She is wonderful! The flavors were straightforward, but their serving sizes are huge. Hubby ordered the classic French toast, which comes with three full slices and four pieces of bacon, and he ordered a side of eggs. Our son ordered the Henhouse skillet. He enjoyed it and said it was a lot. I ordered the waffle 'n' eggs. It comes with bacon and eggs. My daughter ordered a mini churro waffle, my wife ordered their chilaquiles and I ordered their biscuits and gravy. The churro waffle was actually pretty good and spot on tasted like a churro with ice cream and syrup on top. My wife's enchiladas were delicious as well. A very filling this. My biscuits and gravy came with two eggs on top with a side of breakfast potatoes. The potato's were ok, but the hash browns looked a lot better and should have asked for a substitute. Overall a very decent meal and I'm glad my daughter enjoyed her time. If she request coming here again, we'll definitely be back.

On a Saturday morning around 11am there was surprisingly no wait but I also think we got the last available table inside. Note here that they do offer outdoor seating. Anyways, we sat smack dab in the middle of the restaurant and got to observe a lot. After sitting a young lady brought waters over to the table. I asked her a quick question but she noticeably had AirPods in and didn't respond. I was just looking for the bathroom but I found it myself. It was clean and well stocked. Our waitress was nice. Attentive and present. We ordered the 2+2+2+2 and a Moons over Miami sandwich. The food took less than 10 minutes to arrive and everything was very hot. My mom and I both enjoyed our breakfast. I personally really enjoyed the French toast. I thought the portions were filling. At the end we were asked if we'd be paying by cash or card. A ticket was never presented but we were just verbally told an amount. I thought that was kind of odd. We chose cash because you get a discount. We asked again what the total was and she again just verbally told us and then took the cash. We had exact change but I still think it was weird to not have a visual. Overall, this was a great meal and an overall good experience. I'd add this to your list of breakfast spots to try in the area.

The server was friendly and attentive, and that's where anything positive stopped. The Gaucho skillet advertises it coming with scrambled eggs and guacamole; there was 1 tsp (literally) of guacamole and the scrambled eggs looked to have been poured in with large cubed potatoes, which were deep fried. There was little egg and it was all a thin film. The French onion soup was a bowl loaded with raw onions and water; the onions were in no way cooked the correct length of time and the broth was flavorless because of this.
