This is not a general store with a wide selection of items. It is more of a specialty house where you'll find typical butcher products. If you are looking for beef ... you've come to the right place. Relatively limited offerings of other items, but the main thing they do is done right. Sometimes they can be closed when you'd expect them to be open, but that probably comes with being a small business without a huge staff. We suspect they also supply some restaurants in the area and that may be their biggest customer. Good place for those special occasions.

Jerky dip was delicious. It was very easily spreadable and a little sweet. Wagyu Tallow was in the end of the fridge aisle. I will have to test this out when I smoke some brisket or something. We grabbed ribeyes, filets, Italian sausage and wagyu burgers to try. Made the ribeyes and filets tonight and they were so freaking good. Such a difference between a Jewel or Mariano's bought product of the same and this shops'. We put the steaks on the smoker and they melted in our mouths like butter. So amazing.
