Definitely recommend! The owner, Sunita, was so accommodating. I went in for a head massage with oil on a Tuesday evening. The space is very small (but they are expanding into the space next door), and Sunita appeared to be the only employee, so there were a few times she had to answer the phone or speak with a walk in customer. I did not mind - just gave me more time to relax and let the oil treatment soak into my hair! I wrapped my hair overnight and washed it the next morning. My hair has not been this soft in a very, very long time! I went back for an extended Brazilian that Saturday. Sunita did this service as well. She was very thorough and made me feel comfortable the whole way through. I will note that the wax room is similar to a dressing room (no ceiling), so the space isn't 100% private. I had no issue with this though, as there were no other customers in the shop during my wax. Sunita wore a mask the entire time I was there and wore gloves during my service. I am adjusting my rating due to the following: Time of appointment- I've called several times before walking in for an appointment and I'm always told the time to come in. Every time I go at that time the person does my eyebrows is never ready. I don't mind waiting but it's every single time beyond 5 minutes. Today it was 12 minutes and I only paid my meter for 15 minutes thinking I could be in and out. I think they should be more considerate of time. It's okay to wait 5 minutes some time but anything beyond that is not acceptable. read more

I only give this place 2 stars since it was easy to book and the eyebrow tinting service was not terrible. I was disgusted by the cleanliness of this place, there were wax stains everywhere and it was dusty. It almost seemed as if the place has not been cleaned in years (please see photos for dirty waxing area)... furthermore the owner did not do a clean Brazilian wax, I've been to many places and other places always make sure that you're happy when you leave but she just said "oh I can't do that". I find it unacceptable to still have remaining hair! Furthermore she did not ask what shape I wanted my eyebrows to be and actually took off more than I wanted... but tinting was fine. They do a good job with threading and waxing services. I would not do the eyebrow tinting again as I didn't see that much of a difference. I wish the area were the body waxing and facials were more private as they don't have ceilings. When I want a facial or massage, I want to relax and not hear people talking or pop music playing. The owner was friendly but one of the workers had a bit of an attitude. Waivers are supposed to be given before the eyelash application, not after. That's one big mistake they made with me. I wasn't happy about the eyelashes, they felt very uncomfortable and a lash fell off as soon as I got in my car. I ended up just taking them off. read more

Uneven does not even begin to describe my eyebrows after getting them threaded here. As you can see in the photos, my eyebrows were brutally murdered leaving my right eyebrow unsalvageable. I just don't understand how the lady thought my eyebrows looked relatively "good" after shaving off more than half of my right eyebrow while not bothering to even out the left one. I will NOT be coming here again due to the trauma my eyebrows have endured. I am thinking about getting them tinted for the time it takes to grow them back out but will hopefully find somewhere that can fix this mess. I got a bloody finger at this salon and I would rate this salon 0 if I could. My first and also last time here. Blue was the one that did my nails and cut my cuticles till bloody. She seemed to rush through the process. How could someone be unprofessional and cut open customers like this? She coated my nails with several layers and the blood spot still stayed. I made an appointment a week in advance only to show up to a locked door. I waited 5 minutes and then called the business number to see if they were running late etc as this was not the first time I'd shown up to a locked door. I was then told they were closed on Sunday every week... then why was I able to make an appointment on their website and receive a confirmation email? Why did the door say they were open on Sunday's? I was very pleased with my visit today! I worked with Sara, who made the experience comfortable. I was a bit nervous as it was my first full wax, but Sara was insanely quick. It took a bit under an hour, but she managed to still be very thorough. Sara and the ladies at this salon also offer facials/eyebrow threading/eyelash extensions. I'll be going back to get threading done because I saw girls here walk out with great brows! This place is also very affordable-so definitely give it a try! The studio itself is quite charming. Absolutely don't go there! They charge me extra for no chip polish removal even though I ask for the same service. I came earlier to see if they can take me and make appointment and then owner made me feel bad like she is doing me a favor that she took me. She had no clue how to do nails, I've been doing my nails for over 20 years, this was torture and only because I'm a decent person I didn't get up and walk out. I still paid $115 for service but I'm warning you - do not go there. Give someone else business who would appreciate you as customer. I am truly sad to have to be writing this review, but this is not a 4 star salon. I went in for threading and tinting as well as a spa mani pedi (regular). The eyebrows turned out fine. The pedicure is okay, though the horizontal nail painting technique really threw me off and there was no gentleness with the under nail cleaning and cuticles. The manicure was last. I was asked to pay beforehand, so I tipped generously. However the manicure was the worst experience. You should know most of the nail polish I saw was obviously expired. During the manicure, the nail tech was in such a rush that twice her hand swiped over the fresh polish. Rather than removing the polish and beginning again, she added more polish only to make it look a darker shade than the rest. The second time she swiped her nail through one of mine, she would not even acknowledge it and said it was "dirt that would come off later." At the end, I was clearly disappointed and she asked what I wanted. I said all I wanted was for those two nails to be redone. It was already past closing time (even though I came in on time for my appointment two hours prior). I truly felt bad that she had spent all this time and serving other customers as well as she was the only one there, but the truth needs to be told that this was not good service for a manicure I ultimately could have done myself. Along with the poor service, it should be noted that this nail salon is truly horrendous. I am convinced there are health violations happening in there. It is cramped, you can't even access certain parts of the salon without having to move a whole futon. The furniture is dirty and there is no hygienic practices happening. Honestly, a red flag in all of this should've been the Head and Shoulders/Garnier shampoos for sale near the hair salon section... at a professional salon? I also feel the need to include that some of the questions I was asked during small talk felt quite invasive... I was asked how much I pay for rent and the name of the company I work. I am sad to even feel the need to write this because it seems like the kind of business that can't afford bad reviews. This was my first time getting eyebrow threading and tinting and eyelash tinting at this place and I loved it! Fouzia really knew what she was doing and everyone there was so nice. She threaded fast so it didn't hurt much at all and she shaped them perfectly. She used the perfect color to tint my eyebrows which has never happened before. My eyelashes were also tinted perfectly and it looks great! She also spent a lot of time perfecting her work and I felt like her attention was fully focused on me. She gave me a little face massage afterwards and she got my face totally clean, relaxed, and moisturized. She was very gentle too and my skin never got irritated from the tinting or anything. When I first walked by this little shop I didn't think I would need their services as my unwanted hair is blessedly sparse to non-existent. When they had their Grand Opening this past week I opted to try the organic facial, lured in by the amazing discount being offered. I am so glad I did! It was my first time to try this place and I was a little worried about getting my eyebrows overdone because I was going to try their eyebrow tinting. Nidhi did my brows and although my eyebrows were a little too bold/dark when it was done but when I got home and rinse it a little with soap and water, I saw my beautiful eyebrows . I've cone greets a few times now and the services have been professional, clean, and timely. I've had the owner as well as Fouzia work on me and both of them have been kind and skilled. Their a small shop near me. It's such a relief to know that there's a convenient place I can go to that is also clean. HUGE mistake. she didn't clean the waxing area beforehand, so the wax stuck to my skin, likely causing more pain. she also made an inappropriate comment about the color of my skin. after she was done, sorry, "done", she left hot wax still on my skin, and handed me a wipe, and then walked out. I have never been treated this way by someone providing me with a service. My feelings are so hurt I'm in tears as I write this, leaving the salon. Not only are bumps already forming in sensitive places, but I'm traumatized with having had to experience my fist full body wax while the technician opened the sliding door twice with my naked on the waxing bed. After immediate bumps started forming (not my first Brazilian, so I knew something was wrong), I asked SARA to stop using strips that already had wax on them. I had to ask twice more and she insisted on reusing waxy strips. This is not only a huge customer service no-no, but also a sanitation and cleanliness no-no. What I'm sure will become multiple infections on my skin will always remind me of how invisible, unheard, insignificant, and uncared for I felt and feel now. Also, a wax roller meant to roll wax directly onto strips was used directly on my skin. Who knows how many other people's raw and open skin this was used on. Getting a refund and rating this establishment poorly is the last I could do for this community of Groupon users. I am reporting this place for safety to the appropriate contacts as soon as I am done sending this to you all. Seriously. This is not okay. read more
