First, my work started with Tom, a great gentleman who showed up right on time, thoroughly inspected the house, gave me all the details, and walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. He made sure I understood every step and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. His professionalism set the tone for the entire project. We then had two days of work scheduled. Both project managers, Eric and Greg, were wonderful people. They were attentive, communicative, and did their absolute best to keep everything running smoothly. I really appreciate how well they coordinated the work. The crew overall did a fantastic job -- they worked clean, were respectful of our home and space, and showed up on time every single day. You can tell they take pride in what they do. What truly sets Super Attic Solutions apart is their sense of ownership and level of commitment. They didn't just finish the job and walk away -- they followed up not once, but twice to make sure everything was top notch and that I was fully satisfied. That level of dedication and care is rare to find. You can tell this is a company that genuinely stands behind their work and treats every customer like they matter. For an $8,000 investment, that kind of commitment gives you real peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Super Attic Solutions and will be using them again in the future. Five stars well deserved.

Joel came out the same day to survey the damage. He was amazing! He brought in a plumber and an asbestos abatement team that we ended up needing, and made the entire process as painless as emergency home construction at Christmastime could possibly be. He even reached out to check on us the day after Christmas. Every single contractor he brought in was as nice, knowledgeable, and as professional as they could be, and they all worked with us to keep the costs down. Do not hesitate to call Damage Control Remediation! They're real pros!

He provided an estimate for removing damage and dehumidifiers. After cutting out the area he determined the water intrusion did not require equipment and reduced the cost of the job dramatically. The Rot Doctor did an excellent job from start to finish. They carefully removed the rotten siding, boards, and supports while temporarily supporting the wall, then installed a new pressure-treated sill, water-resistant siding, flashing, and belly band, with everything properly caulked and sealed. The workmanship was very high quality. All the cuts were precise, with clean lines, no gaps, and everything felt sturdy and well-built. They also went above and beyond by replacing and reinforcing some warped supports that weren't originally part of the scope. They were experienced and clearly knew how to approach the job, and they were great to work with throughout. Communication and customer service were excellent--we were able to discuss the work as it progressed and adjust the scope when needed. They were punctual, worked efficiently, and completed the entire job in just three days. The pricing was also competitive. Overall, we're very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend The Rot Doctor.

So, when my portable AC leaked onto my flooring last night, I knew who I was going to contact. I called when they opened, and found out that he was booked for the next week. I decided to send him a message to see if there was a company he would recommend to me. He actually responded immediately and said that he'd be able to squeeze me in! You have no idea how grateful I was to hear that. He gave me two time options, and called me when he was on the way. I had no idea how much water had made its way into my flooring, so I was preparing myself for the worst. Turns out, it didn't end up being a catastrophe! Matthew used a thermal camera, and a moisture meter to inspect for moisture on the floor/subfloor and flex ducting. Once again, he was thorough at his job, and in his communication. It's difficult finding people that take pride in their work, are trustworthy, and do a great job. I've had quite a few companies do various types of jobs for me, and there are only two who I'd recommend. Mathew with Puget Sound Water Rescue is one of them!

My kitchen suffered a dishwasher leak end of last summer with extensive water damage to the hardwood floor in the kitchen. Slav came in the next morning after I requested quote via Yelp. His professionalism and ability to explain what needs to be done, how they are going to do it made me decide to go with the company among a few whom came through the requests. I ended up needing to gut the kitchen due to the water damage, and I have been very impressed with Slav's responsiveness and his knowledge on the subject matter along the way. The best part is this is not my first kitchen renovation (previous one done decades ago in different city,) but Slav made the entire process rather smooth, it required me almost minimum efforts on only picking out the cabinets/color, counter top, tiles, some hardware for the cabinets/kitchen. The project was done on-time, his crew showed up when they said they would, and finished as what's been estimated/expected. I would not think twice next time if I have another renovation need!

We found a pipe that was leaking into the crawlspace from the floor above, and that was replaced also; it was a relief not to have to get an outside plumber in to take care of it. I definitely recommend Level Up, if you are looking for a company to do a highly professional job, and who are able to handle any unexpected issues that arise. Having been through insurance-related water damage before, I knew I needed a construction company I could truly trust. Boulder Peak was the sixth company I interviewed--and the last. The moment Moses explained that they work directly with insurance companies, I was sold. He came prepared with an incredibly detailed estimate using the same software insurance adjusters use and fought hard on our behalf, from securing two coats of paint when insurance wanted to cover only one, to submitting change orders to bring our electrical up to code. Moses and Helaina were also fantastic design partners. They guided us through every decision, created multiple 3D renderings, and were endlessly patient when we changed our minds (more than once!). They even designed custom shower glass to accommodate our upgraded bench. The crew's workmanship was pristine--and that's saying a lot because I'm very particular. Today, we couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. I would 100% recommend Boulder Peak to anyone needing construction work, insurance-related or otherwise.

Moses, the owner, brought in a certified structural engineer and identified that the garage hadn't been built to code, which contributed to the damage. They explained the scope of work clearly, including the need to rebuild the front of the garage and the deck above it to resolve both the structural and waterproofing issues. While their estimate wasn't the lowest, they were transparent about pricing and focused on doing the job properly rather than just a quick patch. Mauro, who led the on-site work, was methodical and took real pride in his craftsmanship. The crew stayed focused on our project instead of jumping between jobs, and they communicated well, always checking in about schedules and making sure things worked on our end. The repaired garage looks brand new. More importantly, it's solid and dry even after several rains. When some old wall stains resurfaced, they promptly returned to confirm there were no leaks, and repainted the area just to keep things perfect. We've already recommended this company to a friend and plan to work with them again next year.
