I am sensitive around the eyes due to my allergies and I always cry when getting my eyebrows threaded, but yesterday I didn't. I stand by my original review on 5/25/16. I just came on yelp today to see this message from the business owner and I don't appreciate the accusations in their message just because I shared my honest experience at Silk Eyebrow Threading. I am shocked that this business owner would try to discredit my review by saying I was never a customer. I'm not sure how they can rightfully claim I was never seen in the salon without a picture of me on my profile! And to be accused of being a troll ("...and we know very well why you did this and who is behind in this seen") just goes to show what kind of business owner this is. The mention of "Nobody do Eyebrow Threading within a day or within Five Minutes" in their response... what does that even mean and what relevance does it even have to my review? I actually praised this shop for being clean and ensuring tools are sanitized between customers. If you read my review, my only complaint was the woman tore off too much of one of my eyebrows. I liked this shop and went here several times happily, that is until my eyebrow became deformed at the hands of this woman. I know how important it is to find a good threader with consistent results and I wanted to honestly pass along my experience so others will hopefully be better informed than I was. read more

Silk is a great place to get your eyebrows done. Menisha is great. She takes her time to make sure you get what you want. One of my eyebrows is missing hair and she can still make it look good. Like I said, she does take her time so if their are people waiting it might take a while. She is great though. I have finally found a place that can do great eyebrows. read more

I have gotten my eye brows threaded by Manisha several times now and I am never disappointed. I have gotten my eyebrows threaded in that past by other people and they either take too much hair off or don't shape them correctly but Manisha knows what she's doing and will always leave your eyebrows looking perfect! read more

Sara is great! Very nice and friendly. I've had difficulty finding good eyebrow threading places in the past. They were always too thin or each eyebrow was a different length. The best I could find for my eyebrows here in Chino/Chino Hills area. I have gone several times to her with messed up eyebrows (I tried to tweeze them out on my own:D, ended up ruining them) but everytime she has fixed them so perfectly! I have had my eyebrows waxed twice, and threaded once, in my lifetime and felt unimpressed each time. My sister recommended Manisha at Silk Eyebrow Threading and I genuinely feel like she is an artist at work. I have already returned to her a second time and am equally pleased. She not only does beautiful work, but she is sweet, focused and considerate...and even offers tips on how to let your eyebrows grow out and look more even, if you happen to have uneven (due to over-tweezing) or patchy eyebrows (which I do). I came in today and the lady was doing my brows so quickly. I looked in the mirror when she was done and they seemed ok. When I got in my car the whole bottom corner of my right brow was completely gone and she took too much off the top. I had been growing them out with manisha for 2 years and she does a great job.
