Whenever we needed a technician to come out (which wasn't often), someone came by quickly and completed any necessary repairs promptly and professionally. But the cooks are very friendly and call out to you as you enter. It was good fun to sit on the stools and watch meals being prepared right before your very eyes. I called Kurt, and he drove in from his home - 90 plus minutes each way - to hook me back up to the Internet. I am very grateful for his diligence and integrity in backing up his product. It was the wisest thing that we did, and I would recommend to others, go the same route. Unfortunately, Yelp does not provide a zero rating, which is probably what this company deserves.
