I had tried unsuccessfully for years to find a contractor to help with solutions... Walter came through and not only had some good suggestions but was able to provide a fast estimate and start date. Many others, if they showed up, never even got back to me with an estimate. Seeing and hearing about some other projects his company had recently completed, reminded me I had wanted to add a half bath. The completion and addition to realtor websites has already shown a significant increase in my estimated home assessed value (above the cost to have it added to my work order). -Replaced 4 Windows -Added French Drain on perimeter of patio rebuild -Final solution for the patio was to mortar half and mulch lock the outer half using old paver stones as a border and walkway to the back gate. -Built a half bathroom from an area of my rear Family room All throughout their time on site, all workers were extremely courteous, professional and helpful to getting a few minor additional related tasks done. I texted Walter and explained i needed the license number, was stalled due to he had to leave town for a funeral but would be back in two days. I texted him again, he said he was back but never received anymore info from him. He may have cost me a grant from the VA to help fund my bathroom remodel because of my disability. Once he gave me the estimate I requested the paperwork from the VA and I had explained that started the 30 day clock to receive the funds from the VA. Now i can't find a contractor to be able to do the job in the remaining time. So I will have lost my chance at the grant to help. I would never recommend Walter or The Building Company to anyone especially to Veterans looking for a remodel for their disability.

Just wanted to give a shout out to David, Jeremy & their team for doing an outstanding job on…read morereplacing our siding, roof, stone wall around house and various drywall jobs, etc. Upon removing the old siding we discovered rotting that required replacing/waterproofing what was underneath. The drywall in the basement bedroom was replaced from water flooding. They Replaced a big window in the front of the house. They are on top of it all! David & Jeremy check on progress of the project and if something goes wrong they quickly can activate resources to remedy any issue. After discovering the flooded bedroom they quickly contacted a company to come out and remove the water and dry it up with industrial fans/equipment. They were timely working their butts off to get the job done. They were professional and cost-effective. I previously called other companies and did not get responses or made promises they didn't deliver.
