The house had no ductwork and baseboard heat, so we went with a two unit Gibson split level system. Eric sized the system to accommodate a large main floor and a separate unit for the bedroom loft. The installation went flawlessly, and our home in the summer became a truly cool and relaxing place for us and our guests. Fast forward two years, and We are still thrilled! After a 10" snowstorm last night amd 40mph winds outside, the heating system works every bit as well as the cooling system. Our house is currently 72 degrees, and our wintertime electric bill is 1/5th what it was with baseboard heating. Eric's recommended system remains perfect for our home. The owners are friendly and responsive, definitely consider Germain HVAC to hear and cool your home.
