I somehow accidentally ended up dialing these people. The guy who answered the phone was rude and sarcastic. When he learned I lived in FL, he did not tell me I have the wrong number. Instead, he asked, "You want me to drive all the way from West Virginia to FL?" I replied, "No, I obviously have the wrong number," he chuckles sarcastically as I continue, "but your sarcasm is much appreciated." At this point I hang up. Throughout the conversation he kept saying, "Wha? Huh? What?" Absolutely ridiculous. For their poor customer service and their attitude, I recommend finding a plumber in Piedmont, WV whose service orientation is rises to the level of quality customer service.
