This company used to be the preeminent communications and alarm service in Cumberland. Unfortunately, their original owner passed away, and the company systematically went downhill. Presently, I would rate them as one of the least responsive businesses that I have ever encountered at any level. We had one of their alarms in our business which required service, and after indefinite stalling, lies, and excuses, and a partial/incorrect installation, we sought out the services of another alarm company. It was the wisest thing that we did, and I would recommend to others, go the same route. Unfortunately, Yelp does not provide a zero rating, which is probably what this company deserves. read more
