Dr. Bassir was extremely polite and friendly. I noticed everyone was very nice and polite and saw up-to-date equipment such as Panoramic X-ray and small new handheld X-ray device. Office was very clean, nice and busy. Dr. Bassir gave me a shot which I really didn't feel it. I asked him was it a shot? He said yes it was. He said the needle is special that's why you didn't feel it. Through out the process Dr. Bassir and his Assistant were really great. At the end, the Coping looks really good and color matches perfectly. I do not have healthy teeth therefore I have been in many many dental offices since I was around 10 years old. The receptionist is the most amazing sweet gal, the dentist knows his stuff and is all about preventative care, even the X-ray tech remembered me and is very personable. I needed 2 root canals, 8 fillings and 3 crowns. They not only got me in ASAP, but kept me on a cancellation list for everything else. They offer amazing specials for what insurance didn't cover, and I'm not even playin when I say I'm not scared of going to the dentist now. Clean office, friendly staff, and they take Dentical!!! I may have blissfully ignored my teeth forever, but I had a crown come off and needed to get it fixed, so I reluctantly went and found a dentist through my Healthcare provider. Thankfully, I ended up in a chair at Ocean View. From the moment I walked in the staff was personable and friendly. The office itself has esthetics to match - everything is bright and inviting. I was a new patient but you wouldn't have known that by the warm, personal greeting and conversation. They listened to my past horror stories and empathized fully, and I could tell they actually cared. They truly wanted to make this experience a better one. My initial cleaning was quick, painless, and thorough. I was back in 2 days to see them again for the crown - need to emphasize that I actually came back... quickly... to a dentist! Again, quick and painless! Dr. Wallace is incredibly smart, kind, and patient, as is the rest of his team. They walked me through every step, explained what they were doing as they were doing it, and over all just put this nervous wreck at ease! (Not an easy task!) I have a relatively long list of items I still need to do to get my teeth back to 100%, but I am supremely confident and trusting that Dr. Wallace and his team are the ones to help me get there.
