I'm almost in shock about how fantastic my experience was here at Artistic Dentistry. I came in with tons of cavities like probably 22 total but a lot we're in the front and I told him how embarrassed I was and I cover my mouth when I left and he said we're gonna get this all done for you today. And also I called and they got me in the same day! The front desk staff is amazing. The doctor is amazing. Everyone is amazing here! If you're looking for a fantastic dentist that is BS free and will make sure everything is handled I need done. He will do it right and he will do it fast. I will. I'll never go and you were for dentistry again! I would write 10 stars if I could!! thank you so much Artistic Dentistry! DR. NIKRAZ IS THE GOAT OF DENTISTRY!! read more

I walked into Artistic Dentistry for a simple whitening question... and walked out wondering why I didn't come here years ago. I'm not someone who goes to the dentist. At all. I only made an appointment to ask about teeth whitening, and I fully expected a quick in-and-out visit. Instead, I found out I had several issues I'd delayed for way too long. I was overwhelmed, anxious, and honestly terrified because dental work is completely unfamiliar to me. And that's exactly where Dr. Nikraz changed everything. He didn't just treat my teeth -- he treated my anxiety. He was incredibly patient, gentle, and knowledgeable, and he explained every step in a way that made me feel calm and in control. What really stood out is how accommodating he was. He worked around my demanding work schedule, even staying later to make sure I could get the care I needed. On top of that, he helped me navigate the cost and made everything truly manageable. It's rare to find a dentist who cares this much. If you've been putting off dental visits, are nervous like I was, or simply want a dentist who goes above and beyond, Artistic Dentistry and Dr. Nikraz are on another level. I'm genuinely grateful for the experience, and I finally feel confident about my dental health. Easily a 5-star experience -- and the only dentist I'll trust going forward. read more

Terrible experience here. They are in my network so I went to them for the first time because my insurance changed recently. The doctor tried to up charge me for a regular clanging visit with a "scaling procedure". When I said no thank you he then said he couldn't clean my teeth at all unless I purchased it. A complete waste of time and I was not told this when I booked my appointment over the phone. Very frustrating. 0/10 recommend. Complete cash scam just trying to get $$$. The fact that he wouldn't clean my teeth like my appointment was for was absurd. Save your time and go anywhere else Edited to add- that's because my maiden last name is on my yelp Doctor. I'll call you tomorrow to make sure you have record so I can jog your memory about the conversation and the day I had to leave your office without a cleaning since I turned down your "scaling" procedure. I also have my records of my x rays that's your office took and emailed me since I had to change dentists attached below as proof. Once again just proves you falsify information and makes things up when I have proof. read more

VERY HAPPY with my new Front Teeth. Artistic Dentistry made me smile again.. Wonderful Staff!

Wow!! I have never had such a wonderful experience at the DDS! Even though I was a new patient, the office got me in right away since I was experiencing pain. Dr. Nikraz diagnosed my dental issues & made the time to treat me the same day. I appreciated his kind, sincere manner as he explained the procedure. Then, he educated me on how I could better care for my teeth so the problem would not reoccur. After experiencing his expertise, I wasn't surprised to learn that he is a graduate of the USC DDS program - one of the best in the country. The entire staff is extremely pleasant & seems to go above & beyond for their patients. And as a bonus, Dr. Nikraz charges fair and affordable rates read more

Great Dentist, Friendly staff. Conveniently located in town. (San Clemente) I have been a patient for a few years. Easy in, easy out.

Horrible experience. The dentist was recommending me to get Arestin (antibiotic treatment to gums) for a deep cleaning and I trusted him when he told me it is pregnancy safe. I found out it is NOT pregnancy safe and it states on the drugs website that it can permanently yellow or grey the baby's teeth and cause skeletal deformity to the fetus. Thank god I looked it up right before he was about to preform the service or else I could have permanently effected my baby. I told Dr. Amir I did not feel comfortable and he was annoyed. After telling him it was not safe, he persisted to tell me it was usually safe but if I'm not comfortable that's okay. He gave me a routine cleaning which took 15 minutes, stabbed my gums over and over, rushing to finish quickly. I was gurgling on blood and fighting back tears. On my way out he had the nerve to ask to schedule the antibiotic treatment for after I gave birth, which I declined, got in my car horrified to notice blood all over my face. Was willing to ruin someone's life for an additional $100. This dentist should be ashamed- don't go here. read more

I like how the doctor does my cleaning! I came to him after I had a horrible experience with another dentist that said I had various cavities that they wanted to fill. I came to him for another opinion and he was so nice and honest saying that I didn't need extra cavity treatment. Any concerns I have about pain he addressed promptly. I know I have gum issues so I appreciate that he takes the time to pay attention to that. I also really appreciate how he and his office didn't discriminate against me for my lower insurance when I first came to him for help. I just recently upgraded to the highest insurance incase, but regardless he was always nice and never made me feel bad for having the lowest tier of insurance coverage. read more

I've been in pain for months since visiting Artistic Dentistry.. I came in for a cleaning, that was fine, had a couple cavities that needed filling and this went horribly. It's been over 3 Months and I'm still in horrible pain, I can't drink anything cold, my teeth feel so weak they could shatter. I always had good strong teeth and zero pain or problems before visiting here, never had any issues with other dentists. The staff was friendly and so was the doctor but he was super pushy about having me leave positive reviews on both yelp AND google, I hadn't even gotten out of the chair and I was still numb it felt extremely pressured and I think most positive reviews are likely from this tactic. I hate to leave a bad review but this place just rubbed me the wrong way, equipment seems very old, yellow and outdated, I should've gone with my gut and went somewhere else. I feel like my teeth are ruined now, I feel like my teeth are likely going to hurt forever and never be strong again. This was the first dentist I've ever been to who talked poorly about my teeth, I have great teeth and have always been compliments on them by dentists. Again I never had any dental issues until I visited Artistic Dentistry. Please beware, I will never be back, do your research and go somewhere else. read more

I had a very serious cavity, and the doctor saved it just in the nick of time before it would be a root canal, made a perfect fitting crown. This Dr is truly an artist and not a meat and potatoes doctor. I was in and out of there, and it was painless, and in fact, pleasant. read more

I appreciate Dr Nikraz & his office's caring demeanor & great work. Thank you so much for always making me comfortable.

Disgusting horrible place. I went in for pain, i was having nerve pain up into my face. This dentist smashes my tooth over and over "does it hurt here " "here" continues to hit my tooth over and over. Tells me how disgusting my teeth are with plac absolutely shames me. Btw the receptionist was admiring my teeth. Went to a woman dr in laguna. I HAVE NERVE DAMAGE AND TENDONITIS this piece of shit Dr is so damaging and harmful to patients who deserve proper care. You are a disgrace. Edit , my name may not be the same as on yelp to safely post my opinions without you looking up my information to use in an improper manner like you just tried to do. You could've asked my name or to reach out. No instead you try to insist i didn't go there , and thus your lack of communication, understanding, professionalism and awareness is pointed out in your own words. I actually had to walk out , because you attended another patient for 10 mins after you said you'd be back in a second. And after you harassed me and my mouth. You're very cold and should not be a Dr. or health professional at all. read more
