Dr. Diana Craft was extremely amazing and I will be back for my Invisalign trays! I had An Invisalign consult, and it was absolutely amazing. She is so patient and so kind and very knowledgeable on the subject. Her office is clean, calming, and has everything you would want in a dentist office. Not only that, but I did highly consider canceling my dental insurance considering she has these amazing membership plans that provide you everything that you could want and need. She is extremely flexible with different payment types and I absolutely think that is amazing so that everyone can have adequate care. Dr. Diana Craft truly shows kindness and care and passion for what she does. read more

It's no wonder Dr. Craft has 5 stars on Yelp. The office staff is amazing and Dr. Craft is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The office is located in Talega at the corner of Pico and Hermosa. There is plenty of parking and the lot is safe and well lit. If you are thinking of switching practices, or if you need a new dentist, I recommend Dr. Craft. read more

Dr. Craft provided me with the best dental experience I've ever had. If you're anxious about going to the dentist (like myself), schedule an appointment with Dr. Craft and put those worries aside. Dr Craft is a wonderful, caring dentist that I highly recommend. Her staff is awesome too!

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Dr. Craft and her team. The office staff is amazing. They are friendly, funny and understanding with schedules. The front desk is friendly, kind and understanding of crazy schedules. They are great at keeping me updated on my appointments and always have a smile when I walk in. I really appreciate that they know me by name and are quick to welcome me in. Dr. Crafts support team in the back is just as amazing. Madison and Tammi are who I typically see and they're great. Friendly, calming, gentle and did I mention funny, because they're seriously a riot. They really put you at ease and make the whole experience non-stressful. And that's saying a lot for a dentist office. I truly appreciate Dr. Craft. She's caring, reassuring, gentle and very professional. I've been going to her practice for about 3 years now and I've never had an issue. She listens to your concerns, provides quality care and has an amazing team that supports her. If you're looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend her office. read more

Now to be clear, this is nothing against Dr. craft or the assistants. I've been going here for 2 years and have had such a wonderful experience. What I'm saddened by is the way staff today handled a change in what insurance they accept. After having a great experience of getting my teeth cleaned, I was hit with news at the front desk that they changed the way they accept my insurance (sounds like they only accept a portion now), and instead of me having a usual no co-pay, I now owed $130. When I asked why I wasn't informed before my appointment, the front desk receptionist shared usually someone from the office should call beforehand of the appointment, and/ or insurance should inform the patient. When I shared no one told me this, she was unapologetic and very matter of fact, as if it wasn't a mistake on their part and solely my responsibility. I find this highly unethical. As a provider myself, I would never have my own patient come see me without letting them know first if I had a change in accepting their insurance. I will no longer be coming here as one I can't afford it with the insurance change, but primarily because of how this situation was handled. Thank you Dr. Craft for the amazing work, and I hope you see this and encourage your staff to be trained on things such as this so your future patients don't have these surprises when they come to receive a service. Update to my review as Dr. craft promptly reached out to resolve the issue. As I said before, she and the assistants that work with her are great. Thank you Dr. Craft. read more

When my dentist of over 30 years retired, I went on the hunt for a new one and was SOOOOO fortunate to find the office of Diana Craft, DDS. The entire team is warm, welcomming and professional. The care is excellent, attentive and empathetic. I've had a cleaning, and a replaced filling...both were excellent experiences. I have found a new home for my teeth. read more

What a fantastic dentist, staff, and office!!! I went to the same dentist for decades and finally had to change to someone closer to home. I'm sure there are many good dentists in South County and Dr. Craft is THE BEST!!! Her professionalism and quality of care is just stellar. She takes the time to assess and explain what's going on and what needs to be done. She has a very balanced approach that considers dental care and patient comfort. Dr. Craft has assembled an amazing team in the front office as well as the care providers. Madison is friendly and considerate - always a pleasure and she takes great care of me! Tammy is an amazing hygienist - I trust her completely. It's a shame to wait another six months to see the team. read more

Dr Craft is an excellent dentist who makes you feel comfortable in her knowledge of all dental procedures. Her staff are very helpful, friendly and make you feel at ease. Over time my front teeth had become worn and thin causing a chip while biting into a sandwich. I asked Dr. Craft how we could reinforce both front teeth and she suggested two options and of the two, I chose Veneers. She prepared both teeth and sent molds to Sowle Ceramics in Dana Point. Gary at Sowle told me it was going to be a challenge matching the Veneers to the rest of my teeth. When he was done with them and sent them to Dr. Craft ready to apply, I was amazed at how perfectly they matched the rest of my teeth and how great they looked!! Thanks to you Dr. Craft, and your great prep work, and for sending me to a great lab technician, I am once again very proud of my smile. You are a wonderful dentist and I highly recommend you.. read more

If you find yourself looking for an experienced dentist who is personable, caring and honest, look no  further than Diana Craft. After my dentist of over 30 years moved out of state, I did my due diligence in finding a new practice. Unfortunately, the two dental offices on the top of my list turned out to be impersonal, offering more of a sales pitch than dental care. Diana Craft's entire staff is warm and welcoming . . . it was like moving into a new house and being greeted with kindness by new neighbors. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Craft, her technicians and her office staff. Make an appointment, you won't stop smiling. read more

I moved to San Clemente from Santa Clarita. As some of you may know it is hard to establish yourself with all new Doctors, Dentist, Hairdressers... the list goes on!! I am so thankful a friend referred me to Dr. Craft. Dr. Craft and her team have been wonderful! The office staff is so kind and helpful. The dental hygienist is friendly and thorough and Dr. Craft is a fantastic dentist! I respect her conservative approach that she takes with her patients. Thank you read more

Dr Diana is seriously AMAZING! Her staff is the sweetest & Jenn (the RDH who does my cleanings) is truly the best. I've been her patient for about a year, have gotten 2 cleanings done & have had cavities filled and Dr Diana is great. She knows what she's doing & is very honest. The office is cute, super clean. I've been so fortunate to have always found a great DDS & Dr Craft adds to that list! If you're looking for a dentist, come here!! read more

I am one of Dr Craft's earlier patients at her San Clemente office and have been going to her for the last several years. Diana actually used to perform hygienist tasks when her practice was just getting started and, although her current team is great, I miss her occasional cleanings. She has performed extractions, filled cavities and added implants for me and, I must say, they were all done professionally with no issues. I was so impressed with Diana's work that my entire family of five are now her patients. She puts everyone at ease, has a nice chair side manner and is wonderful to talk to. Many times we discuss things not even related to dentistry. I highly recommend talking with Dr Craft and trying to get an appointment through her office. You better hurray though as she is extremely popular : ) read more

My son and I are fairly new clients. Dr. Craft is amazing. She is thorough, detail oriented, professional and kind. My son has had to have 4 fillings so far and she has been fantastic with my 11 year old. She has a very soothing, gentle bedside manner. She explains everything in great detail. There was a bit of a financial mix up, and when I brought it to Anthony's attention, he listened intently and helped rectify the misunderstanding promptly. He was so nice and patiently receptive to hearing me out. Donna is very accommodating with scheduling and always greets us with warm sincerity. Their office has an affordable and generous membership option for those who do not have insurance. If you are in need of a great dental office, I encourage you to consider Dr. Craft! I know quite a few others who share my overall experience! read more

I had a recent appointment for a cleaning and checkup. As is always the case, the service and treatment were excellent, starting with Lacey's oral hygiene treatment, to Dr. Craft's correction of an orthodontic issue. I highly recommend Dr. Craft and her entire team. read more

I went to Dr. Craft for the first time today as a new patient. It was a wonderful experience. I had the most thorough cleaning I have ever had by her hygienist. I was comfortable with the whole experience and will be back in 6 months for my next checkup and cleaning. Great service and friendly staff. What more can you ask! Went in for my crowns today and all questions were answered. Thank you

Decent Dental Service, Horrible Receptionist/Customer Service Diana is a good dentist, but i will never come back because their front office is horrendous. This whole ordeal started over 4 months ago. I initially went in for a check up and had "4" Small cavities. The first appointment went fine, but after having some strange ordeal where the front office mixed up 2 patients names, the front office proceeded to call us both liars, even though it was her mistake, i had to make another appointment for the second 2. I finally got an appt but when the front office called for the reminder, she proceeded to tell me i was scheduled for a cleaning and not fillings and would have to find me another appointment. That was definitely the final straw for me. *BEWARE* Good dentist, horrible office staff that make making appointments 10x harder than they should be. read more

We recently moved to San Clemente and needed to find a new dentist. My wife found Dr. Craft and made the appt. I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff in a very nice office. I was then escorted to the X-Ray chair where a full oral X-Ray was taken. There was then a full oral examination performed then a cleaning. I usually require local anesthetic prior to the cleaning process and was concerned when none was administered. I experienced the most PLEASANT tooth cleaning EVER. Dr. Craft has an extraordinary bedside manner. She is VERY gentle, soothing and does a great job explaining the process as she goes along. If you are searching for a dentist, look no further. Dr. Craft is excellent and her staff is very professional. My wife went to her 2 days later and had the exact experience. We're very happy we found Dr. Craft. read more

If you need a dentist in South Orange County, go see Dr. Craft. She actually took over the office of my old dentist who I was not 100% satisfied with, but the woman who called me about scheduling an annual exam suggested that I give Dr. Craft and her new staff a try before looking elsewhere. I was finally convinced when she told me that she liked working for Dr. Craft so much that she relocated just to continue working for her in her new office. I figured, if her assistants are that happy, her patients must be pretty happy too, right? Well, luckily that turned out to be the case. My cleaning was a breeze, and Dr. Craft turned out to be as nice as the girl had told me. I've been thinking about teeth whitening for a while now, and maybe I'll actually get that done since I have a dentist that I trust now. I'll be recommending her to all my old friends from San Clemente High. read more

Dr. Craft is the best dentist we have had in years. She is so attentive and caring. She is very knowledgeable about dentistry and always takes the time to explain everything in great detail to her patients. She is very personable and easy to talk to and takes such good care of her patients. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now just to talk with her! Everyone on her staff is warm and friendly as well. Our daughter is severely disabled and is very frightened by dental procedures and Dr. Craft arranged for an anesthesiologist to come to her office to sedate her during her checkup and dental work. This was a life saver for us because in the past she has had to be placed under general anesthesia at the hospital to have any dental work done. We are just elated to have Dr. Craft as our dentist. She is the best you will find anywhere. Thanks Dr. Craft! Linda P. read more
