Unfortunately our experience here was not good. It's been a few years and I was frustrated so decided to wait on leaving a review. We had issues with billing that we never have had before or after with another dentist. My husband had a number of issues with the work that was done and went back because the crown wasn't seated correctly and continued to cause discomfort for months. We have since moved and today my husband went back to his prior dentist to find out that there was still a gap and that had caused infection and erosion under the crown that is now so severe that he will have to have an implant so I thought it was worth leaving a review since I chose that dentist based on Yelp reviews and can not recommend this dental office at this point. read more

Specially considering the fact that we are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, I am sure everyone is anxious to go to the dentist, as was I. CHARGED $2100 FOR A DEEP CLEANING AND XRAYS - this is WAY more than they should ever be charging!! My husband and i went to them for several years, because they are so close to our house (this is the only reason). However, when covid hit i didn't go to the dentist because both myself and my new baby were high risk the first year. By the time i went in, it had been about a year and a half since my last visit. They made a cleaning appointment for me knowing this. During that appointment I had to sit there for an hour and a half while the dentist tried to talk me into doing a deep cleaning & gum laster treatments. The only thing she was willing to do during this visit was take xrays. She told me a story about her sister's gum issues, which she stated i did NOT have, but that it could happen. She was quite aggressively trying to upsell me. I said I wasn't willing to do any of that and just wanted her to do the cleaning I was there for. She completely refused to do the cleaning, and forced me to come back for a deep cleaning with her tech/nurse. There was also no mention of any cavities when she looked at my xray. I then come in for the deep cleaning, because she refused to do the standard cleaning, and that meant two separate visits. The deep cleaning took less time than the past visit where she refused to do anything for me!!! I was also informed my wisdom tooth had a cavity. How did the actual dentist not see this?!?! Of course the nurse made an excuse for her, but that is ridiculous. They were not willing to fill the cavity, because they wanted me to go to a specialist to have it pulled since it was a wisdom tooth (not a big deal). However, once i got the bill for just a deep cleaning and one set of xrays they charged $2,100 for these services!! All dental coverage caps out at $1,500, which they would have known before doing any of this work, and never informed me of these crazy fees!!! I called to ask them how they could do this, and they said that they were shocked the insurance company was willing to pay out the full $1,500 and didn't negotiate the fees back at them. They basically admitted they overcharged insurance, assuming they would have to go back and fourth negotiating fees with them. Now, because of this, I had to pay out of pocket (almost $2,000) for my wisdom teeth to be removed. I have since found out that a deep cleaning should only cost around $300.00 they charged over a thousand. Now I was unable to do any additional cleanings for the year. Not only that i had to pay out of pocket for secondary dental insurance, for the wisdom teeth, and still paid additional out of pocket expenses. I will NEVER go to them again! read more

I got a referral to come here and I am glad I did. The entire staff was super friendly. I had a teeth cleaning only. It wasn't too painful. Perhaps that is a good way to keep track of the condition of my teeth but I haven't had that done before. I've only been there once but as I always say - service makes a huge deal on how customers perceive a business. My initial review was based on a checkup/cleaning followed by a relatively simple but necessary procedure involving work on my gums, and the repair of one chipped tooth. Shortly after I was unfortunately hit by a car while riding my bike, resulting in injuries including damage to two front teeth. I requested an emergency examination with Dr. Nina to have her assess the damage. She and her staff made room for me and quickly determined what had to be done when the rest of my injuries healed. Today, two weeks and one day after the accident, I went in to have the damaged teeth repaired. It was all done quickly, painlessly, with no visible reminders of the problem. I mention this to make the point that Dr. Nina and her staff are not just there for their patients when it's easy to be, but are as well when the patients really need help. The doctor is very friendly, patient, calm, informative, and intelligent. Her equipment is computerized. Dr. Zadeh is an amazing practitioner. I am a student and avoided the dentist due to the fear of how much it would cost to take care of my teeth. From the moment I entered the office, I was blown away by how caring and understanding Dr.Zadeh was. She took her time explaining to me what was urgent, and what we could wait on. Was extremely thorough with her assessment. Even taking pictures with a camera, so I could see the cavities on a picture (as opposed to an x-Ray.) I had a million questions and she took her time to answer each one with patience. I had to get a crown, and at the point of crown delivery, she was unhappy with the way it was fitting on my tooth. As opposed to just letting me leave the office that way, (I wouldn't have know the difference) she took another impression of my tooth and got a new crown made, at no additional cost to me. It can be difficult to find someone you fully trust with your teeth. However, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Zadeh and her team, and am truly blessed to have found them. read more
