I had a work accident where I broke my front teeth and I got in with Dr. Larijani and he went right to work and made magic happen for temporary teeth so I didn't have to suffer and experience a day without great looking teeth. Following that great treatment and experience, I have gone through the entire process of veneers. Stage make a temporary set of teeth, which many people complimented me on! Stage 2 prepare teeth for veneers, and they were so accommodating and thoughtful of me as the patient during this process. Stage 3 veneers, which they were always so eager to listen and make the necessary adjustments during this process. The veneers look so naturally awesome which is all I cared about. I didn't want them to look fake! They truly went above and beyond to make the teeth look perfect! Dr. Larijani I cannot thank you enough and all of the staff, you guys are so amazing!!! Doctor came in and his knowledge and skill really stood out as he pointed out dental work from 15 years ago I had literally forgotten about. After giving me a clean bill of health he listed a few things that we would watch moving forward since that older dental work is showing its age, but no need to do anything yet. Overall I highly recommend as they made me feel comfortable and welcomed, and don't do any unneeded work. From the moment Dr. Chase walked in the room, I knew we had found our future dentist. He has a professional but relaxed presence. He has four kids of his own and is a natural with kids. My daughter has struggled with cavities from a young age and has been recommended for anesthesia to fill multiple cavities in the past. I am so relieved I decided to hold off and then found Dr. Chase. He provided us a wonderful plan to address the many issues leading to her cavities. On our first visit he spent a lot of quality time with us, simply explaining the causes and the plan while simultaneously educating us. We followed his recommendations for SDF and Ozone. On the second visit, he filled her two teeth WITH NO ANESTHESIA REQUIRED! I was blown away and so relieved. My daughter is so happy and now brushes, flosses and uses mouth wash without me asking and understands the importance of her oral health. Do not go here. This…read moreis exactly the kind of billing practice consumers need to stop supporting if dentistry is ever going to become more honest and transparent. I was given a treatment plan for fillings that included a mandatory $105 per tooth "desensitizer" charge. The office told me this was required for every filling, regardless of size. I contacted other offices that said that it was a ridiculous requirement. I contacted Anthem Blue Cross and filed a grievance. Anthem's written response confirmed the issue. Anthem stated that, under my plan, the desensitizer is considered part of the restorative procedure and cannot be charged separately. Their table shows the office attempted to charge $105 x 2 = $210, but the correct patient charge was "Office Cannot bill - $0." Anthem also wrote that it appears the dental office overcharged me for the quoted estimate. Only after I challenged the charge did the dentist claim that "desensitizer" actually meant a bundle including laser and other items. That was not how it was presented to me, and the treatment plan listed it simply as desensitizer. Patients should not have to catch this themselves to avoid paying hundreds of dollars in improper extra charges for routine covered dental work. Check every charge with your insurance before agreeing to treatment anywhere, especially here. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this office. On top of all of this, my next dentist confirmed I have zero cavities, Laguna Heights dental was prepared to fill two. I will acknowledge that different dentists have different opinions on what constitutes a cavity that needs to be filled but if you do end up here please get a second opinion before doing any significant work or paying for anything not covered by insurance. Personally, I found myself much more comfortable at dentists of San Juan Capistrano, which is just a short drive away. Please see the photos I have attached as proof of my experience.

It is new, modern, clean, and provides privacy for each patient where you have your own room vs some places where there are only stations in a big room. Value: This is so subjective I cannot really say. In a perfect world insurance covers it all but we don't live in a perfect world. They do offer a new patient package for $55, I think for evaluation and other services. Seems like a good value. I did notice they have dental literature on a table outside along with kid toothbrush kits which is a nice gesture for the community. Overall; I'm really impressed by this office. I plan to switch to be my dentist of choice for all things dental related along with mentioning to my family what a great experience I had. Great job to the team here. After 2.5 hours in the office, they did everything they could to upsell me on items, did a lot of x-rays even though I had them done by the prior dentist. They didnt want me to have them sent over for some reason. After 2 hours, I had to remind them why I was there, the get a cleaning, and then did that quickly and almost felt rushed. It's too bad, after the experience, I wont be going back to them. I get they are a new office and Dr Ghibu is great, but the hard sell is a deal killer for me and the lack of respect for my time.
