Checked out the salon with a groupon I purchased. It was for a signature manicure. The lady that worked on me was named Alexis. She was very patient and took her time. Asked me specifically what shape , color and if I liked how it was going throughout the process. My only recommendation is to provide a different chair for the clients to sit in. Looks like there is minimal space but maybe providing a pillow for that setting may be more comfy. I'm thinking the other set up was specifically for a different nail tech. The salon was very clean. The ladies appear to have a frequent clientele and seemed to be very satisfied. The salon has lots of services of hair treatments, lashes, nails, waxing and more! I would absolutely recommend and come back- but may ask for a pillow next time :) read more

Don't recommend this salon. I had asked for a subtle natural balayage back in September using no bleach as I had seen that it was possible to do. I was under the impression there was no bleach used. When I had the balayage touched up in January I asked for the same thing but my hair turned out copper and not to mentioned the dyed areas were very much chunks of hair and not natural looking AT ALL. There was too much color on the front and top of my head and none in the back. When I was on the phone with the person who had done my hair (the owner) she was extremely rude and condescending towards me. Come to find out the original woman, did in fact use bleach but decided not to tell me or even recommend it after I specifically asked her not to. read more

I have been a client at Signature Salon for years now and I absolutely love everything about it. I have been to every location the owner has had since the start as my mom went to her before I did, and I grew up going to this salon for my hair. From getting my prom up-do done here, to my phases where I drastically dyed my hair, to now where Tina does a beautiful job giving me my favorite long layered/curtain bangs look. I now also go here to get my lashes done by Sarah and they are THE BEST. They are so natural looking, last as long as they are supposed to instead of quickly falling off, and I get countless compliments on them. Many people believe they are my real lashes and ask how I get them so long to which I refer them to Sarah's services. I have gotten my lashes done elsewhere and no one came anywhere near to doing as beautiful as a job as Sarah. I have also gotten my nails done here from time to time which also came out looking beautifully natural and neat. My mother gets a pedicure here every 2 weeks or so because of how much she loves it! I can not express enough how much I love this salon! I have absolutely no complaints and to add to their wonderful services, everyone is an absolute joy to talk to and radiates the best energy. In June I purchased a groupon for haircut etc. I was very happy with my stylist and the salon. At that time, I gave a 5 star rating. Being new to groupon, I purchased one in July for another service. An appointment was made a few days later. I was informed that the fine print said and I quote "new clients only". I was told I can use the voucher toward the full cost of the service. Unfortunately, due to my surprise, I forgot to ask her name. I reviewed fine print and did not find "new clients only" in the fine print. I chose to leave. Hence, the one star. read more

I used a living social coupon and was pleased from start to finish with my experience. I called to make an appointment and the staff was friendly and professional. I made an appt for this morning and was very pleased! I saw Sarah who was friendly, polite and asked numerous times how I was enjoying the experience. It's a small place and perhaps not the calmest/quietest but I enjoy chatting with people in the salon so it didn't bother me at all. I would have appreciated a cup of tea or coffee as I heard them ask someone else if they wanted one, but not a huge deal. Tons of nail polishes-- I had a manicure & pedicure during my experience. Sarah took her time and made sure to really layer it on so I expect that it will last a while. One thing I noticed was that she put the fast dry on and i think that also helps. The pedicure was relaxing although didn't focus on the massage aspect for very long. However, over the years I have learned to appreciate polish staying on for long rather than a longer massage. Although the prices are a bit higher than I'm used to paying ($29 for pedicure and $18 for manicure) I would happily come back because they speak english, it was clean, and I had a great experience! read more

I was looking on Groupon for a new salon to try because my hairdresser left the salon I was going to and didn't tell me. I always check the reviews on yelp before I make my decisions. I saw that Signature Salon had four hidden reviews that were good as well, so I gave a call to the salon. Sonya, the owner, was really helpful over the phone. I wasn't sure which Groupon I should buy, so she had me send her a picture of my hair so she could consult with me over the phone. She was very pleasant and made me feel that she wanted my business, and she even squeezed me in that very day! I had full highlights and lowlights,along with deep condition, blowout and style. The price, even without the Groupon, was very affordable...which was comforting because I was hoping to find a regular salon. Getting to the results...she did an awesome job, especially with the color! I couldn't be happier with how natural the blonde turned out. I had a bit of a garish gold near my roots, from a friend touching up my roots a month ago, and she destroyed the evidence of that mishap! The cut and style were good as well. She even made me a cup of coffee and took almost half the time that other stylists have taken. I'll definitely return. read more

I bought a groupon for a cut & blow dry and was able to make an early appointment for the next day quickly. The staff member on the phone was very polite and even called later to see if another appointment would be more convenient. When I went in I was able to go right to the chair, no waiting time at all. I believe Marisa (I'm terrible with names) was my stylist and even at 8am she was pleasant and attentive. During the cut she frequently asked what I wanted, how I styled my hair, or if there was anything she could be to make the cut better. I'm terrible with expressing what I want my hair to look like, but I always have a clear visual in my head and she nailed it. It still looks and feels great even after sleeping on it for a night. The only reason I didn't give a 5th star is because it is a small building and I wish they had more room to grow, but in due time. Hopefully with so many positive reviews they'll be able to expand one day! I'll definitely be coming back here. read more

I used a Living Social Deal for a Mani/Pedi and chose to upgrade to the gel manicure. My manicurist was Sarah and she did a fantastic job! Sarah started by rubbing my cuticles with a softener and then very carefully she trimmed my ragged cuticles. Then we discussed nail shape and she gently filed them. She applied the polish meticulously and my nails look so professional now. The pedicure involved sloughing off the dead skin after my feet had soaked in warm water and then a very relaxing massage of my calves and feet. She trimmed my cuticles and then applied the polish with an expert hand. Throughout Sarah checked on my comfort and we chatted for just the right amount of time. She understood that I was just soaking up the relaxation at the end with my eyes closed. The salon is small but bright; and I have already booked a return visit and expect to rave about this service to all of my friends. read more

Our schedules are especially busy this week, so the owner herself offered to come in on a Sunday for us! We were so excited for her to accommodate us on such short notice. I read yelp reviews and decided to buy groupon that included haircut and partial highlights. That was the biggest mistake ever. I was growing my hair for some stylish cut and showed a picture of hairstyle and color that I wanted i.e. burgundy color long layer. Sarah told me that it will cost extra that I agreed! Despite of my warnings of not to cut it short she did bob cut and only stopped when I got mad at her. My color is not even visible.
