It was fun for me to listen to conversations around, and also be included in them, while not being a regular. I also feel like Tayla really means what she says - I didn't feel pressure to book an appointment, I commented on how my last hair cut was all uneven and I was cutting off like three inch chunks when I left and I know I don't go often but I still want a solid cut when I do and I felt like she meant it when she validated my opinion. The location is convenient for me, it was easy to book, and I have long hair that I actually like right now. I look forward to going back and may try and make it happen sooner than six months.

I left with my hair chopped shorter than promised and the "curtain bangs" resembling two footballs on my face. The stylist had me turned away from the mirror a majority of the session, not allowing me to see the progress, while she was cutting and blow drying. I only saw the end results and immediately wanted to scream. Within 5 minutes of my car ride home, I was bawling, which lasted an hour. I took a break only to begin crying again when I washed my hair to see it was uneven, chunky, and overall horrendous. In the picture provided with the purple lights you can see my hair before it was cut.

First of all- McKenzie was SUPER conscious of what Jasmine did with with my hair so we could replicate the results for my wedding. She was very knowledgeable (about literally EVERYTHING. She is a great conversationalist, from beginning to end) and gives an amazing cut and color. What I love is the integrity. Yes- I used McKenzie this time because Jasmine was out- but she made sure to honor her coworker and book me with Jasmine next time. As someone who has worked in spas for 10 years- this is very honorable. I got a chance to see the owner. She is too sweet and you can see she cares about her business and employees. I can say I would recommend all three women. They all have massive experience. You're in great hands!!

Alicia wanted to charge my mother when she called to reschedule 24 hours before her appointment, due to an illness that resulted in a hospital stay. Not only does the policy make no sense, but treating customers like this removes the human factor. Clean, welcoming and warm, Lisa C greeted me pleasantly and immediately. She was able to accommodate my request for a haircut within a few minutes. Lisa talked to me about what I wanted, then made some suggestions based on what would work best for me. She took into account my face size and shape, my hair's texture, and my needs. I wasn't in any rush so I invited both stylists to teach & learn, and as a bonus, I also learned a ton!
