I also feel like Tayla really means what she says - I didn't feel pressure to book an appointment, I commented on how my last hair cut was all uneven and I was cutting off like three inch chunks when I left and I know I don't go often but I still want a solid cut when I do and I felt like she meant it when she validated my opinion. The location is convenient for me, it was easy to book, and I have long hair that I actually like right now. I look forward to going back and may try and make it happen sooner than six months.

I left with my hair chopped shorter than promised and the "curtain bangs" resembling two footballs on my face. The stylist had me turned away from the mirror a majority of the session, not allowing me to see the progress, while she was cutting and blow drying. I only saw the end results and immediately wanted to scream. Within 5 minutes of my car ride home, I was bawling, which lasted an hour. I took a break only to begin crying again when I washed my hair to see it was uneven, chunky, and overall horrendous.
