The first stylist I tried to book with got sick and had to cancel but texted me directly to let me know. So I rebooked and went to Richard. Sorry Nicholas. I was in and taken to the chair promptly, quick wash and ready to go. Richard commented that my hair had a wave to it and I was like "that's just cause it's up in the bun all day" but no - my hair apparently can get a nice wavy curl to it, Richard recommended styling products and methods, talked me through everything he was doing - the length was chosen between us both and meant to make the most of my thin hair and cut was meant to grow out well. He asked me questions about what I liked and didn't like about my hair and definitely was listening. He also chatted me up in the chair - conversation was easy. He had a great welcoming vibe. Price was solid. I definitely will go back - and like I always say I will try and make this more of a habit. But then again, I know myself well enough to know it might be a full year before I'm getting another haircut. But Richard listened when I said I'm terrible at cutting my hair regularly and I feel like I've been well set up with what I left with.

I watch my grandson on Saturdays so I made arrangements for a babysitter. I received a text message stating Nicholas had a cancellation and if I wanted to arrive earlier than my 3:30 appointment. Well I actually arrived there at 2:30 just to be told they had to cancel my appointment. If this is how they do business and have such little respect and regard for a customers, I would rather go elsewhere as this poor behavior does not inspire trustworthiness. Do better!!

Best haircut by far out of the 5 I've had since being here, and it even rivals my long-time cutters work from back home and that bar is set pretty high. I was very pleased with Randy's overall demeanor in her personal approach to meeting my expectations, and then very impressed with her professional styling skills. She listened intently to what I was hoping for in my cut, and as the session went along it was obvious she knew what she was doing. Ultimately, she pulled it off perfectly and I will happily be a repeat customer. Moreover, during discussion, she spoke casually but sincerely about her uncompromising standards of quality for all the stylists plying their craft at her establishment. So, it's without reservation that I recommend either Randy or any of her associates to be able to make Hot Headz your new favorite place to get a great guys haircut, or for that matter, I would imagine anything on their full-service salon menu.

I have curly hair and she cuts it so that it is perfect whether curly or straight (if you have curly hair, you know that finding someone who can work with thick, curly hair is hard to find-Rebecca's your girl). From highlights, cuts, Brazilian blow outs, to wash and blow dries and most recently my wedding, I have never been anything short of elated when leaving Rebecca's chair. I highly recommend her as both a regular stylist, and for bridal hair (everyone's hair was amazing. I am obsessed with my wedding day hair and want my hair to look that freaking fancy daily). I love her and you will, too! Also, Danielle from Hair Tech did my makeup and the bridesmaids for my wedding. She is amazing and the makeup was absolutely beautiful. It stayed on all night (despite the rain), looked great in person and in pictures. We could not have been any happier!!! I highly recommend Danielle for your wedding makeup needs.
