I think I contacted them on a Monday, and they were done by Friday. And they would've been done sooner except that it rained and they didn't want the water to mess with the decals setting properly. I also didn't have a vector for one of my images and the lady in charge was able to recreate the image at no charge. Lastly, after they had already cut the vinyl I needed a slight modification. I'm not sure how much extra trouble that was for them, but they made it sound like it wasn't an issue at all. I plan on using these guys for anything else I need done.

I called and asked if I could possibly have a few little pieces that I could cut to try to fit over the open areas, and the person I talked to, said they couldn't do that, that I could come down and they would take a look at it. That's an hour or an hour and a half, just one way. I asked if the manager could could just mail me little pieces, and the manager had said no--and he said they couldn't do that. I even offered to send him a self addressed stamped envelope, and he declined. I told him I would not show those pieces to their competitors, and they still wouldn't agree to it. So I told them when I was finished, I was going to write a review, and they weren't going to like it. But it's the truth. What I think looks bad, they may look at it and say it didn't look bad. So it's relative? Again, all I am asking for is a few little scraps mailed to me. If you're going to have work done here, just think about it. If you have problems in the future, you may run into a bunch of excuses.
