I understand that delays and issues can happen, but at this price point, the level of communication, organization, and overall customer experience fell far short of expectations. Raphael / Rafael and the technician who "repaired" (more like damaged) my phone should be terminated for incompetence and lack of integrity. At the very least learn to communicate better and recognize when the cookie cutter script from the company training manual just isn't working for the situation. I went into this service appointment thinking about signing up for the Apple credit card since I manage apple device purchases for my family and extended family (a dozen folks and multiple devices per), and I came out of it thinking I might finally pull us all completely out of the Apple ecosystem.
