What impressed me most is that they don't work on commission, so I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't need. Their focus was clearly on what was best for me and making sure I was completely satisfied. I wanted cameras installed on my car to help with blind spots and improve visibility and safety. Will and Jim listened carefully to what I needed, recommended the right cameras for my car, and explained the options without trying to oversell me. The installation was handled professionally, and I'm very happy with the results. It's refreshing to find a business where the people genuinely seem to care about the customer's needs rather than simply making a sale. I highly recommend Hi-Tech and especially Will and Jim. Excellent service, honest advice, and true professionals!

Not only did they get me in and out within a day, but they did so while missing two or three techs at once! They reached out to update me about their circumstances and to kindly ask for a reschedule, but of course I missed their voicemail. Yet they STILL got it done within my desired timeframe! I'm seriously considering going back for a sound system installation soon. Completion times may vary, and of course check your voicemails folks be better than me. NOT ONLY THIS, but Jim hooked me up with a hardware kit and an SD card for cheap when I didn't have them to provide, and he told me he never lets the cams get installed without the "parking mode" hardware kit installed with them. What a guy! I'd buy a beer for both Jim and the owner, they're legends!

Thomaz responds to all of the messages and is very polite, prompt, and provides a lot of details. I only needed one window tinted for my house to minimize glare on artificial turf grass and I had little knowledge of window tinting options. Thomaz was very helpful, patient with my questions, and professional. Marco, the owner of this location, is professional and did an excellent job on the window. He uses non toxic baby soap to clean the windows and adhere it so the residual cleanser washes away and not toxic to pets or kids. A week later and the tint has done it's job! No air bubbles at all! I was impressed that Thomaz showed up on time, in a company polo shirt, and both were very professional and respectful. I'd hire them again without question. I'm glad I took a chance on this small company of hardworking immigrants who provided an excellent service at a fair price.

I received numerous quotes and Dan from Deluxe Tint Coat was the first one to reply. To my surprise he also had the best price out of all of them and was super close by. The next part I did not expect since I was driven back home in a self driving Tesla and thought he just wanted me to check out his car. I called him and he said no it's a loaner while I work on your vehicle, which was cool although I had anxiety about having someone else's vehicle and only kept it at home lol. After about 30min of being at home I had regretted my choice of getting only 70 in the front so I called Dan and luckily he had not started and was able to make it darker. It took about 3hrs since there was plenty of small windows to work on. Anyway I'm glad that my new car is now tinted and Dan made it such a smooth, pleasant experience. I would highly recommend to anyone!!

I've had several cars tinted at other shops over the years and haven't always had the best experiences. Having worked in the automotive business myself, I'll also admit I can be a little more particular than the average customer. I tend to notice the little things that most people probably wouldn't, which is both a blessing and a curse. That's why I put off tinting the RAV4 for so long. Turns out I was worried for nothing. Pedro's work was extremely clean, his attention to detail was excellent, and the entire experience was easy and professional from start to finish. My only complaint is that I didn't find him sooner. I'll absolutely be coming back to Pedro in the future, and the RAV4 will be back for a ceramic paint coating as well. If you're picky about your cars and want the job done right, Pedro is your guy.
