Pros: Luis was responsive to messages quickly in my initial outreach. He showed up on time and was friendly. He did a good job at basic detailing. Cons: I reached out to six different detailing companies for quotes to detail my interior and exterior, including leaf stain removal. Luis had the lowest bid and I selected him for this reason. On the day he came to detail my car, he did not bring the required equipment to remove the leaf stains. He said he needed to come back with a clay bar to do the work. When I reached back out to him to set up a time for him to come back to finish the job, he said he would quote me a price to come back to do the leaf stain removal work. I reached back out to the other companies I had included in my initial request for a quote to ask them if it would have been reasonable to assume that the leaf stain work would have been covered in their quote, given that I had specifically included "leaf stain removal" in my quote request. Three out of the five companies responded (two did not respond) and confirmed they quoted a price to include leaf stain removal. I reached back out to Luis to ask him to reconsider and to complete the job without an additional charge. This was over two weeks ago and he has not responded. Sadly, I cannot recommend Luis for your detailing needs. read more

Luis was very polite and arrived on time. I purchased the full interior detail and exterior detail along with headlight restoration service. I was quoted $175. Unfortunately the job was terrible. My van was still dirty when he gave me back the keys. Under the seats was not vacuumed. My cup holder tray still had gunk and build up on it. You can tell a cleaner was used on the dash but it wasn't detailed. Smudges everywhere. The Interior of my windows was disgusting not cleaned at all. The seats and carpet had stains on it. It did not look "shampooed" as claimed in the estimate. He did a good job washing my car on the outside but he did not restore my headlights at all. When Luis was done he handed me my keys and I went straight to autozone to purchase the items I needed to finish the job. I get it he is in college and maybe just starting out. But I was basically robbed $175 dollars for a $10 car wash. My advice is to actually deliver the service that was promised. read more

The last time I had my car detailed, I dropped it off early in the morning, but had to wait until the end of the business day to get a ride so I could pick it up. The time before that, I took my car to a car wash in San Pablo that offered detailing and ended up going to my mechanic a few days later because the carpeting was still damp and I was worried about mold. This time, I called a mobile service where someone came to the house and did the work in a couple of hours. The car wasn't filthy dirty, but the interior was dusty and ashy, and the carpeting needed a good cleaning. I'm glad that I found Luis. He responded to my request to schedule an appointment within the hour. He was on time for the appointment, wore a mask, and did a fine job cleaning my car, inside and out. He conditioned the leather seats until they shined and got that all that nasty brake dust off the wheels. He even found an earring that I thought I would never see again. It's a real pleasure to be in a car with super clean windows and a shiny clean dashboard. read more
