It was when he became pushy I changed it to a 1 star. The technician later emailed me wondering why I left a negative review. 3 stars is average. When I did not respond to one of his emails he later texted me and sent photos of the car before and after. I replied with " I am aware of what the car looked like before and after, thank you for your time and have a nice day". But I trusted Earl and his work after seeing he's done Lamborghinis, Ferraris and other high-end vehicles. I also noticed that he had done a Convertible red 62 Lowrider and that's what Drew me to him. His work is outstanding.
