They did a good job. But before he did it, we spoke about the shampoo he uses. As I have allergies, I told him I thought I'd prefer him to just steam with water. He assured me he'd dilute it and it's be ok. I acquiesced. He did it. Afterwards, I did have a bit of a reaction, and I asked them to come steam it out of the front seats at least. We set up a time. On the day of, at the time he was supposed to come, he changed the time on me to the afternoon. I agreed to it but told him id be in a different location. He told me he couldn't go there. I tried to follow up to have him do it. And he just stonewalled me. read more

Heraldo and his team did a great job on my 25-year old VW Eurovan Camper. Now it looks brand new, inside and out. There was a lot of stubborn accumulated road dirt on the roof and sides that they were able to remove. They brought everything they needed with them. I only needed to supply some electricity. Bought a used car, looking to have it detailed to remove the previous owners ick. Scheduled apmt for 2pm, they arrived at 3:23. Was quoted $130 for an interior detail with the seat shampooed in a Honda Element, but when they arrived the price became $175 (I think this is because of my roommates Mercedes in the driveway). I assume that a full detail costing $175 would include cleaning the interior and treating the surfaces to keep it looking nice. The attention to detail is severly lacking, and no treatment whatsoever was done. Most areas look ~okay~. Four rear windows were not wiped down but that's okay because the windows that were wiped need to be recleaned as the are super streaky. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. Guess I get to spend my the day detaling my car after paying them to do it. read more

Go Green Mobile Service was so worth the money. They provide excellent service from start to end. I had my kid throw up in the back seat and wasn't able to take the stain away for years, but Go Green Mobile Service didn't just take the stain out they made my car look brand new, with every detail and got all the crumbs! Every nick crannies. They were on time and left just in time, so their timing isn't a joke. If I can give this service 10 stars I sure would!! I've detailed prestige cars myself so familiar with products and processes. Selling car so I got the Living Social 50% off deal for clean inside, wash, cay bar and wax. I was expecting a great job for what was advertised as a $320+ service - especially as the car was only 1 year old and no scratches, marks or chips on it - just dirty. Tried to schedule service 3 times over a week - leaving messages with no reply. Contacted Living Social to cancel but he then returned my call after they contacted him. He arrived on time and was completely self sufficient (water, power etc). Wanted car on street - not driveway. The interior clean was good however they will not clean any marks on head lining (I did this myself after). Windows were clear of smears, but later found they had been waxed on the outside - should not be done to windscreens as it effects how the wiper blades work. Close inspection afterwards there were lots of small black oil like marks on the paint - don't know what they were or how they got there but a proper clay bar will remove anything like this on the paint and a hand applied wax would also remove them. Also appears they skip the 'polish' part of the detail and just put on a wax. As the windows and windscreen also had wax on them (I don't like this) I am assuming they are using a wash on wax - not a hand applied paste. I asked what they used and was told it was a special wax but didn't want to show me. So I had to remove the black marks on the lower panels and clean the light marks on the head liner in the rear. They maybe ok for a wash and interior clean, but over $300 for what they did in a couple of hours is a joke. Even $180 was too much. read more

I decided to surprise my wife with a detail job for her birthday, and Go Green Mobile exceeded my expectations. The family crew (very friendly and professional) arrived on time just as I was removing a few last things from the interior. They wasted no time and went straight to work. Other than an electrical outlet, they come with everything else that was needed. Nearly 5 hours later (the car was moved to a shady spot because the surface was getting too hot), I couldn't believe the showroom like finish. The exterior finish was smooth to the touch and as clear as a mirror. Before, the car had deep water stains as well as dirt buildup, but you couldn't find a single spot afterwards. The wax and polish job was fantastic, and even some scratch and paint marks were removed. The interior was vacuumed and cleaned nicely. Windows were wiped down with no streaks. I would absolutely use Go Green Mobile again to detail our cars, and highly recommend them. You'll feel great about the excellent service they provide! read more

We got the Go Green Mobile Service through a groupon deal and BOY are we glad we did! I have a 2003 prius that had not been cleaned in a year and had a huge black bumper streak on the side. Go Green came straight to our doorstep (right at our appointment time) and they literally made my car look brand new. The inside AND outside were spotless, and they even shampooed the entire trunk. Someone random guy drove by me once in a parking lot and said they could take out the smear on the side of my car for $250. Go Green just took it out as a part of the deal! They also cleaned my headlights for a few extra bucks. All in all, Go Green is a fantastic deal, professional, and incredibly thorough! We plan to use them again to clean our car! read more

This business does a great job. Of course I have a great looking car to start with, but they sure made it look WONDERFUL. I had been going to a place in Walnut Creek where I was happy but every time they missed a couple of bird droppings. With Go Green there were no misses. Tomorrow they will be doing my wife's Honda. Best detail I've ever had, and I had to put zero effort in! I inherited a '68 car from my Grandmother that had been sitting in her garage for years. I wasn't sure what to do to spruce it up but figured I'd try a detail. They made the car look brand new! I am shocked how well the car came out. The paint is sparkling and the interior looks great. The service they provided me was excellent. They were about 15 minutes late, however I wasn't in a rush. They made sure of the service I selected and told me how long it would take. They provided the products and water. The only thing I provide was an electrical outlet. Three people washed my car and they took about 45 minutes. I got the Deluxe Wash + Hand Wax and my car looks amazing! Very clean in the inside and outside. Also, their prices are reasonable. Outstanding service. I spoke with Jose who is highly knowledgeable in his profession. Jose and his crew came out on Thanksgiving day to work on my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 which was being used as a rental prior to me purchasing the vehicle. The bed of the truck had SEVERAL scratches that made the truck look older than it was. Jose was very honest and guaranteed that he was able to take away majority of the scratches with a new wax job. My other option was to take the truck to a auto shop to be painted which was going to cost me 6000-7000k. Once Jose and his crew were done with my truck, the truck looked brand new. I was shocked that they were able to remove 99% percent of the scratches that the truck had. I will HIGHLY recommend the Go Green Mobile Service to anyone that is looking for a professional and honest company to use. I have not used this service - however the website claims to use their own water and electricity. Imagine my surprise to see them at my front door plugged into my outlet and using my hose bib to wash someone else's car. Granted it's partly the car owner's responsibility but I should not be paying for someone else's car wash. read more

I used Go Green Mobile Service to have the interior of my car detailed. I'm chemically sensitive and I wanted to make sure I could tolerate the smell of the shampoo they used. Heraldo was really nice and willing to make changes and accomodate to my needs. Though my car was quite dirty and neglected, Heraldo and his wife did a wonderful job making it look so clean. Except for the 2 year old melted crayon stain in the back seat, eveything came out looking beautiful and he didn't even use any stain remover (my request)! The shampoo has a mild citrus smell, not the overpowering orange smell of some of the 'natural' cleaners on the market. I would use their services again. I feel really excited to be the first one to write a review for Go Green Mobile Service. I got an interior and exterior combo, and Geraldo and his team did a fabulous job. Honestly, I didn't even know a service like this existed. I bought my car used, and it was already dirty inside and out. I thought I would have to just live with that and was at a loss as to how to clean the fabric interior. I made an early morning appointment, and Geraldo was punctual and arrived on the dot. Geraldo and his team worked on my car for over 3 hours to get the stains and dirt out. I had a lot of difficult stains including barbecue sauce and who knows what, but somehow, he managed to get them out. When I took a look at my car after he was done, I think I literally gasped because I was surprised by how clean my car was. I'm still in a bit of a shock... Firstly they gave me an appointment the day after thanksgiving - with a booking period of less than 24 hrs - amazing for a small business! They came within the 1 hr window and had a team of 4 cleaning the car spotless in just under 2 hours without cutting any corners (the standard estimated time was 3 hrs for a smaller cleaning crew). Jose walked me through their interior cleaning process and the rates so there were no surprises when he saw our disgusting kid-food-crusted-stinking car and only raised the fee $25 ($150 base = $175 total for interior detail). The car went from putrid to perfection - they really do scrub all the nooks and crevices with a sponge, brush, vacuum, and top it off with an extractor. They came totally self-contained so no need for us to provide a hose, water or electricity. But what is even better than all of it - is that it's a real family business. Fantastic job!!! Bought a used car recently, and wanted to get rid of any traces of the previous owners scent (heavy smoker). They cleaned the interior top to bottom, leaving it only slightly damp to the touch, which dried completely in about 2 hours. Also had the headlights restored which now look awesome. Setting up the appointment was really easy. It was all done via email. Heraldo was extremely responsive to emails. I hired them to do an interior detail and an external wash. A team of 2 first showed up, but at the end of the 3 hours, I noticed there were 4 people working on my car. They did such a great job! I have never seen my car so clean before! What's even better than having a clean car is having the work done at my very own home, which meant I could actually get stuff done while my car was getting a much-needed cleaning job. I easily and quickly arranged an appointment via email with Heraldo to have the headlights on my Toyota Matrix restored. He came well within the one hour appointment window, set to work immediately and one hour later the clouded headlights were crystal clear. Excellent work!
