I went to him and politely explained that I had only finished half of my car and asked if he could please turn the vacuum back on for just two more minutes so I could finish. He simply said, "Sorry, we're closed," and refused to help. This was my first time visiting this car wash, and it turned into a very disappointing experience because of the rude and unprofessional employee. A little communication or courtesy would have made a big difference. I definitely expected much better customer service.

For the exterior, they thoroughly cleaned, polished, and waxed everything to perfection--the cars were left with a deep shine that truly made them look like they just came straight out of the dealership. Every detail was handled with care and precision. The interior work was just as impressive. They vacuumed thoroughly, shampooed the carpets, cleaned the seats, and got into all the small crevices that are easy to miss. Even the screens and surfaces were wiped down and left spotless. The entire interior looked refreshed, polished, and practically brand new. You can really tell they take pride in their work and go above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend them in a heartbeat and will definitely be using their services again moving forward. -AJ
