There hasn't been one time, that I had to call and have them come back because the job was subpar. Unfortunately, when I bought my new Infiniti Chris had stopped doing ceramic pro for a while, so I had to use another place. After the owner gave me a one hour spiel about how good he was and what other people do wrong and what he does different, I decided to go with him. Let's just say it's been a very big soar spot for me. Having to go back six times to correct things, was very annoying, and then to have the audacity to tell me my paint was bad from the start just did it for me. So, I can and will always say Chris runs an awesome business, his workers are tops in what they do. I will be getting a new vehicle by the end of the year and will certainly only have Chris and his team touch it. A few of the stalls had garbage, oil jug, pieces of wood & a lot of mud. I pulled into a stall & checked out the payment method. I used my debit card. The car wash has a good selection of options to wash your car/truck. They had a pretty powerful sprayer & a brush. There was no shortage of soap coming out. There's pre rinse, foam brush, rinse, wax, spot free, tire cleaner & engine degreaser. I didn't use the vacuum, however they looked newer. Not all torn up like a lot of vacuums at car washes. They have a vending machine with towels & air fresheners. I would go back. Open late night on 10th St. The attendant showed up while I was there. He smiled & just seemed appreciative. Give this place a try.. I think I paid $12.75 to wash my car & I didn't rush. Good lighting also..

The outside and inside looked identical to other Loop stores I've been to, with the same bright layout, the usual car wash, and even the exact same promotions on drinks and snacks. Because it looked and felt just like a Loop, I figured it was part of the same network and tried to use my Loop drink subscription. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I asked the employees inside, and while they weren't sure what was going on, they were very kind and tried to help by having me enter my phone number. Still no luck, which was a little disappointing since I made the stop assuming I could use it. Aside from the confusion, the store itself was clean, organized, and had a decent selection of snacks and drinks. The only other downside was the gas prices, which were pretty high compared to other nearby stations (ARCO) that are also conveniently located right off the highway. Overall, it's not a bad stop, especially if cleanliness and friendly staff matter to you, but I'd recommend they update their name and info on Apple Maps so others aren't misled like I was. And if they're going to mirror Loop locations so closely, it would be helpful to clarify whether or not they're affiliated.
