Before handing over the keys to my car, I visited Sam to discuss PPF and the coverage options based on how I would drive the car. At the end of the conversation, convinced that Sam would take care of my car and do a phenomenal job, I confirmed that I wanted to move forward with PPF and had decided to go the seamless route and opted for full front-end coverage with the bumper, hood, headlights, mirrors, and fenders along with the rear carbon wing. I dropped off the car a few days later, and after about a week of working on the car, Sam shot me a note letting me know that the car was ready for pickup. When I saw the final product, I was in awe. I was worried that you'd be able to see a difference between the protected fender and the door without PPF and to my amazement, there's no difference in orange peel. You wouldn't know which parts of the car have PPF on them; that's how seamless of a job he did. More so, Sam was such a pleasure to work with. He texted me throughout with pictures to document the progress and kept me up to date on how things were moving along. I cannot thank Sam enough for the work he's done. The car looks phenomenal, his workmanship is top-notch, and his customer service is as good as you could as for. I could not recommend him enough!

A few of the stalls had garbage, oil jug, pieces of wood & a lot of mud. I pulled into a stall & checked out the payment method. I used my debit card. The car wash has a good selection of options to wash your car/truck. They had a pretty powerful sprayer & a brush. There was no shortage of soap coming out. There's pre rinse, foam brush, rinse, wax, spot free, tire cleaner & engine degreaser. I didn't use the vacuum, however they looked newer. Not all torn up like a lot of vacuums at car washes. They have a vending machine with towels & air fresheners. I would go back. Open late night on 10th St. The attendant showed up while I was there. He smiled & just seemed appreciative. Give this place a try.. I think I paid $12.75 to wash my car & I didn't rush. Good lighting also..

My car was completely disgusting before Prestige deep cleaned and sanitized it. They were affordable, respectful, followed up/updated me, sent me lots of pics and videos (before and afters), and arrived and responded in a timely manner. The day before they came is when I traded my car with someone for my current car, but the previous owners went to town on spray painting the interior, then tried removing the spray paint, was heavily smoked in (there were ashes and build up of nicotine everywhere), and it was just gross sitting in that car driving it home. I was out of state while they did the cleaning, and they stayed respectful and worked as hard as possible, even under the summer heat. They couldn't fully get rid of the spray paint (at this point, an auto body shop would need to sand it down, and that's not the cleaners' job), but it's now fully sanitized. I feel clean sitting and driving in the car now! I will definitely use their services again in the future. read more

Someone puked all over my new truck.. I took it to an EXPENSIVE detailer in SF and they did not even clean the truck fully or the puke. I even paid the hazard fee... my truck smelled so bad and when I checked the seat belts and under the passenger seat there was still puke! I gave prestige Auto a chance, they cost half of what the previous company charged and they provided mobile service. So convenient! I explained the situation and they were understanding and assured me they had the skills and tools to help me. I am glad to report there is absolutely no puke smell in my truck. On top of that they left the truck smelling and looking brand new. They really paid attention to detail. Highly recommended. Very professional. read more

Ramsey answered the phone, no AI. He was able to come to my house the next day. He and his partner cleaned our Ram Laramie inside and out, in about 2 hours. Even removed a rust spot. And they are Very nice people! I will definitely be using their service for regular washes and wax, ceramic coat. The truck is clean and sparkly, even the inside of wheels, like new. They sent the options they had available and pricing right off the bat, which I appreciate. They arrived a few mins early, which I always appreciate. It was about 2ish hours for the complete service which is was more detailed than other places I've recently visited. They bring their own supplies and even water! I wasn't sure how the water would work but I definitely appreciate that they bring their own water so I don't have to worry about my water bill lol. The truck looks absolutely amazing inside and out!
