It's been a while, so I have to say, nothing has changed. Pablo has been detailing our car the last couple of years, and all I can say is Perfection! There hasn't been one time, that I had to call and have them come back because the job was subpar. Unfortunately, when I bought my new Infiniti Chris had stopped doing ceramic pro for a while, so I had to use another place. After the owner gave me a one hour spiel about how good he was and what other people do wrong and what he does different, I decided to go with him. Let's just say it's been a very big soar spot for me. Having to go back six times to correct things, was very annoying, and then to have the audacity to tell me my paint was bad from the start just did it for me. So, I can and will always say Chris runs an awesome business, his workers are tops in what they do. I will be getting a new vehicle by the end of the year and will certainly only have Chris and his team touch it. I found Paul online and called him, and even before I became a customer, he was kind enough to offer a complimentary assessment. I recently bought a 2012 Jaguar XKR-S in immaculate condition with 4,800 miles on it and knew I had…read moreto apply paint protection film (PPF) to maintain the condition of the car. Before handing over the keys to my car, I visited Sam to discuss PPF and the coverage options based on how I would drive the car. At the end of the conversation, convinced that Sam would take care of my car and do a phenomenal job, I confirmed that I wanted to move forward with PPF and had decided to go the seamless route and opted for full front-end coverage with the bumper, hood, headlights, mirrors, and fenders along with the rear carbon wing. I dropped off the car a few days later, and after about a week of working on the car, Sam shot me a note letting me know that the car was ready for pickup. When I saw the final product, I was in awe. I was worried that you'd be able to see a difference between the protected fender and the door without PPF and to my amazement, there's no difference in orange peel. You wouldn't know which parts of the car have PPF on them; that's how seamless of a job he did. More so, Sam was such a pleasure to work with. He texted me throughout with pictures to document the progress and kept me up to date on how things were moving along. I cannot thank Sam enough for the work he's done.
