It's been a while, so I have to say, nothing has changed. Pablo has been detailing our car the last couple of years, and all I can say is Perfection! There hasn't been one time, that I had to call and have them come back because the job was subpar. Unfortunately, when I bought my new Infiniti Chris had stopped doing ceramic pro for a while, so I had to use another place. After the owner gave me a one hour spiel about how good he was and what other people do wrong and what he does different, I decided to go with him. Let's just say it's been a very big soar spot for me. Having to go back six times to correct things, was very annoying, and then to have the audacity to tell me my paint was bad from the start just did it for me. So, I can and will always say Chris runs an awesome business, his workers are tops in what they do. I will be getting a new vehicle by the end of the year and will certainly only have Chris and his team touch it. Great job guys, heads up to Javi, Ivan and Roberto, they are exceptional also, Chris demands perfection from his team and each of them delivers. Thanks again Pablo and Roberto for a class act job!

A few of the stalls had garbage, oil jug, pieces of wood & a lot of mud. I pulled into a stall & checked out the payment method. I used my debit card. The car wash has a good selection of options to wash your car/truck. They had a pretty powerful sprayer & a brush. There was no shortage of soap coming out. There's pre rinse, foam brush, rinse, wax, spot free, tire cleaner & engine degreaser. I didn't use the vacuum, however they looked newer. Not all torn up like a lot of vacuums at car washes. They have a vending machine with towels & air fresheners. I would go back. Open late night on 10th St. The attendant showed up while I was there. He smiled & just seemed appreciative. Give this place a try.. I think I paid $12.75 to wash my car & I didn't rush. Good lighting also..

I had to raise my voice just to stop an employee from washing my windows after I watched him repeatedly hit a cinder block wall with the same rag he was about to use on my car. After that, they literally threw my keys onto the hood of my car--on metallic paint, no less. To make things worse, the employee helping me got an attitude when he tried to upsell me on synthetic blend oil. They had no problem using conventional oil on my car during a previous visit and said nothing when my wife brought it in. Now suddenly they're saying it's "not recommended," making a note in the system that I declined their suggestion. My car only has 70,000 miles on it. Overall, the lack of professionalism and inconsistent information was unacceptable. I won't recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won't be sending my wife back. I don't care how cheap they are--I'd rather pay more for respectful, competent service.
