As a result, customers who arrived approximately 30 minutes after me were allowed to go ahead simply because they were positioned in a different lane. I followed the direction given to me by staff, yet that direction ultimately worked against me. When I raised my concern and asked about a discount, I observed the service technician offer the car behind me a 25% discount before they drove off. In response to my request, the technician laughed and stated he needed to consult his manager. I was then given a 15% coupon one that is readily available online to buy presented as though it were a special accommodation. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and poorly managed. Due to the lack of fairness, professionalism, and customer consideration, I am highly dissatisfied and will not be returning to this location.

They had no problem using conventional oil on my car during a previous visit and said nothing when my wife brought it in. Now suddenly they're saying it's "not recommended," making a note in the system that I declined their suggestion. My car only has 70,000 miles on it. Overall, the lack of professionalism and inconsistent information was unacceptable. I won't recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won't be sending my wife back. Instead of just going ahead with the oil change, they took the time to check my history and let me know that since I used Mobil 1 oil last time, I'm actually covered for up to 10,000 miles. They explained that my car is simply set to alert me at 5,000 miles, so I didn't need an oil change yet. They easily could have taken my money since I came in expecting to pay, but their honesty really stood out. That level of integrity is rare and truly appreciated.
