I understand that mistakes happen, but when you are charging customers this much for a service, basic items should not be overlooked which concerns me on a larger items. Customers should not have to go home and double-check whether the work they paid for was actually completed. What makes this more frustrating is that this is not the first issue I've had at this location but I'm all for second chances. For anyone considering coming here, I strongly recommend paying close attention to what you are being charged for and checking your vehicle before leaving to make sure every service you paid for was actually performed.

Instead, I waited in line for over an hour before my vehicle was even serviced, and the oil change itself took close to another 30 minutes. That's nowhere near the "instant" experience they advertise. What makes this even more confusing is that I've been to this location before. Today they had more employees working than I've ever seen, yet it was by far the longest wait I've ever experienced. That simply doesn't make sense. If you're going to advertise quick service, you need to deliver it - or at the very least be upfront about expected wait times. Had I known it would take this long, I would have gone somewhere else. In interest of time, I took up their offer of $10 off the "full synthetic house oil" but overall a disappointing experience. I considered leaving despite waiting an hour, but they had already drained the oil out of my truck. Again, the customer service was great! Saving this review from going to 1 star.
