There's nothing quite like finally tackling a big cleanup and getting your space back! What makes…read morethe experience even better? Finding a company that's reliable, professional, and genuinely trustworthy. That's exactly what we found with Junk Responders! I reached out on Sunday, sent Anthony a few photos of what we needed removed, and received a fair quote. He was kind, friendly, responsive, and wonderful to work with from the very beginning. Best of all, the price he quoted was exactly what we paid! No surprises, no unexpected charges, just a business that stands by its word. That kind of honesty and follow-through is something I truly appreciate! Anthony and another gentleman arrived early, ready to tackle the job! Before getting started, we did a quick walkthrough to confirm exactly what needed to go. Within just a couple of hours, our mountain of junk had officially gone EXTINCT! They worked efficiently, treated our property with care, and we even did a final walkthrough together to make sure nothing was missed. The before-and-after pictures speak for themselves! Just look at all that junk packed into their truck and then the incredible transformation of our space afterward. What a difference! Seeing everything cleared out and looking so nice again was amazing. Thank you, Anthony and team! What stood out most was the peace of mind throughout the experience. When you're inviting someone onto your property, you want to feel confident they'll respect your space and remove only what you've agreed upon. Anthony and his team gave us exactly that! Rex Tip: They accept cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay! Plenty of convenient payment options to make the experience even easier. I'm a big believer in giving local businesses their flowers when they've earned them! Junk Responders is a perfect example of a business that deserves recognition for its outstanding service, integrity, and commitment to its customers. Supporting businesses like this helps strengthen our community, and after experiencing their service firsthand, I can confidently say those glowing 5-star reviews are well deserved! If you've got a pile of junk taking over your space, don't think twice about it! You can trust Junk Responders to handle your junk removal with care, professionalism, and honesty. They've earned our trust and our future business, and I'm confident they'll earn yours, too! 5 ROARS from Focusaurus Rex!

I have taken a little time off of Yelp as I have been going about my normal day to day routine and…read morehaven't truly done much NEW. But let me set the scenario! I had to go to one of my Rental properties up North in Lincoln CA, that I hadn't been to personally in about 10 years and there were some THINGS that had been, lets say unattended to. So as Landlord'ism goes I packed and stacked and discovered items tenants had left as well as got the yard back to my personal standards. Needless to say at the end of the weekend I had things I needed hauled away and disposed of! So I turn to my friends on yelp for "Dump Services" and all my fellow yelpers said Sanchez Home and Yard Services was incredible. Mind you it is Sunday at around 10:00am. I give the crew a call. I am mentally prepared for them to tell me "Dude its Sunday" or not to even answer at all. TO MY SURPRISE I get an answer from Mr. Felix himself. He asks me what I need and lets me know he will be at my place between 2-3pm (ON A SUNDAY LAST MINUTE CALL). OK so I'm impressed ... SO FAR... Time goes by as I continue getting bags loaded with trash and the like, I look at the time and its about 1pm.. I needed to take a quick run to Home Depot thinking "These guys will definitely show up at close to 3pm" THEN I get a call at 1:45 from Felix stating they were there at my home and ready! 15 minutes early, For the win! I get there and I notice 2 Truck Ready for action now I'm like WHOA These guys aren't F'n around! Felix gets out of his truck, greets me and asks what/where the job is. I show him and BOOM! He lets me know the price, tells me he has 4 guys and ensures me this job will be quick! These guys get the trucks in place set up cones in the streets and are running into position like soldiers on the beach of Normandy! I mean when was the last time you were excited and complimentary of the cleanup crew. HOWEVER Felix and his team are much more than a clean up crew..... THESE GUYS ARE A PROFESSIONAL GRADE Service ! I kid you not!!! So they get the Job DONE, they suggest things that I should keep (That I would have just tossed in my frantic state of trying to get things done) AND THEN after everything is done I look back and Mr. Felix himself has a yard blower blowing out the garage!!! WHAT ARE YOU SERIOUS?!!! (I will add pics) This is over the top like I'm not exaggerating, Im not hard to please but I'm also not easily overly impressed but these professionals are the real deal. They obviously have many talents but if they perform all of their other services even a quarter of what they did for me on this job YOU WILL BE IN EXCELLENT HANDS! BOTTOM LINE..... HIRE THESE GUYS FOR ANY AND ALL THEIR SERVICES. THANKS FELIX and CREW, -Jay
