If you need data recovery, Doctor PC is fine. If you need anything else, I'd go elsewhere…read more I was told that my computer would take a couple of days, and that this would be a fixing of the computer - as in maintaining my programs - not a reformat / system recovery via the computer manufacturer's recovery discs. Well, instead of a day or two, it was about three or four days before they even looked at it. They couldn't fix it, and instead reformatted and ran the recovery discs -- something that frankly, I could've done on my own. Also - it was about three weeks until the system crashed again, and ended up at a different shop for repair. Beyond all this, when I would call, I was given an attitude. In fact, when I went to pick it up, I was addressed by a rude comment, "Oh, so you're the FAMOUS Mr. Myers." Really? Incredibly rude, and the woman having the audacity to say that after charging me a hefty amount and doing a not-so hot job on the computer - crazy. Again, they did do some data recovery for me on a few crapped out hard drives, and that was OK, which is why they avoided the one star review. That said, I wouldn't go there again -- look through my other reviews to see where I found that did a better job, faster, and cheaper.

Yes, they mark up prices on stamps and packages, but for what it costs you in time and gas to drive to Auburn PO, you can do business right out the gate for less inconvenience and expense. Their markups are tiny. I love their card assortment too! Very unique greetings for all occasions. Also, when I mail a package, they can look up all my info and expedite service. Well two days later, no phone call or notification the account was charged an additional $309.25. Questioning it we called and were given the run around about trailer rental and discounts. This doesn't sit well with me, after all we agreed on a price for the week and paid in full. We did not authorize the additional charge because we were unaware of it. They just decided let's make them pay a little more without even a phone call. Here we are today, we returned the equipment and were provided a receipt. There was a break down on the receipt with all the equipment rented totaling $949.62 (the agreed upon amount. Then there was a flat charge for the $309.25, yep you guessed it, no break down, nothing about trailer discounts or equipment rented, no explanation at all just a charge. With some argument they refunded part of the charge (not all) because they said the manager was out sick. Long story short, I do not recommend Rental Guys, they will just charge you more without a written break down or real explanation of why. Terrible way to do business.
