I was going back and forth between painting it with elastomeric or doing a waterproofing acrylic stucco coat. Miguel came out two different times to give me quotes, first on a small section, then on the majority of the house. He was so friendly and nice and super knowledgeable in the stucco field. He ended up doing the waterproofing and acrylic which consisted of pressure washing the whole house, which showed even more large cracks, then a bonder, then water proofing cement, fiberglass mesh and an acrylic stucco topcoat.
