I have made hundreds of calls to try to get them to back up their product. They only focus on making money from installation and it's super difficult to get them to do anything after installation. I do NOT recommend Everlights under any circumstance. They constantly break. I will be forced to sue them the get my gutters replaced now. If you get this product they will take your money, give you a terrible product that breaks immediately and it will be nearly impossible to get inevitable issues fixed. This is a fly by night, shoddy company. Do not buy this product unless you want your money thrown away.

The quote appointment was simple enough, Matthew arrived on time and gave us a demo of the app and what the lights themselves and the track look like. The price is not cheap but seemed reasonable enough for what it is, the cost was similar to what I paid for gutters, and this work was much more labor intensive than that. They encountered some significant challenges with my home. We asked for lights all the way around, but we have a walk-out basement. This means climbing a ladder on a steep slope to mount the lights on the sides. The installers also encountered a wasp nest. These obstacles did not deter them and they completed a great installation in spite of it. The app is fun to use and has loads of options. Everything from simple warm light for an everyday accent, to animated holiday celebrations or even synchronizing a light show to music.

But so much more than that. There are unique items you won't find in typical mall locations. My "oooh and ahhh meter" (usually reserved for fireworks) was off the scale. Price range is affordable but they also have the absurdly high end range. When they are not displaying Holiday, they are showing lawn and garden items. This store is a keeper. I love it.

Our friends and neighbor had just had Alex complete their home in NW Reno and were super happy with their finished product that they referred Alex to us. We are extremely happy they did! Our windows are cleaner than they have ever been.. the work was extremely efficient, used eco-friendly, filtered water, and spent time answering all of our questions about their methods and process. Other than the spotless glass, after finishing the work, one could never tell they had ever been there as the cleanup was as spotless as our windows are! We are new homeowners and this was our first time having the windows cleaned (I believe 32 in total including our large sliders and glass doors) since we moved in. Jessica is very organized, detailed oriented and knowledgeable about everything wedding that she made the whole wedding planning thing seem easy! My fiance and I were so impressed after the initial consultation and knew we had to have her as our planner. Right after we booked OUATE, my fiance and I had a meeting with Jessica and basically told her everything we wanted, what we didn't want and what we dreamed of having but didn't think we could afford. She also had us fill out a questionnaire to get a sense of our style, get to know us and get an idea of what we envision for our dream wedding. After reviewing everything we gave her, she created a design board with everthing we had talked about. I loved how we got to go thourgh and point out what we liked and what we didn't like. This gave us a great sense of what our wedding was going to look like. Since I had a very hard time picking a theme and staying with that direction, this really helped me get on track and focus on one thing at a time. This also really helped me stop stressing and feeling overwhelmed and let me enjoy the wedding planning process. As a bride, I knew I wanted to be involved in the fun stuff but not the boring, budget related stuff. Jessica was amazing at handling all the stuff I didn't want to do or did not know how to do. She also did all of the orders (which were a ton since we had our wedding at private estate and had to bring everything in) and delt with the most of our vendors. She has a great working relationship with a ton of wedding vendors in Reno that she was able to get things done and get them done fast! And she had wonderful recommendations for our wedding vendors. We loved them all! During the whole wedding planning process Jessica and her sister, Cassie kept us on track and made sure we were getting things done when they needed to be done. I loved how they took all of my ideas and wishes and made them happen without any questions. The whole time, they were professional but so nice and fun to work with! It made wedding planning a lot of fun! The day of the wedding, I had absolutley nothing to worry about. I sat in the house and got ready while Jessica, Cassie and her team set everything up and dealt with all the vendors. The wedding was not too big but the whole production of it was a lot! We had a ton of flowers, a fire pit, a dessert bar, photo booth, a lounge and a ton of details such a signage and personalized items. Jesssica and her team were so organized and executed everything PERFECTLY! It was above and beyond anything I had even imagined. They took my vision to the next level and made it better than I could had ever wished for. Jessica and Cassie kept the wedding on track the whole night and everything went off witthout a hitch.
