    Stating only "steering issues"

Vehicle was misrepresented we purchased a vehicle with the intention at all the issue was was a steering Issue but the next the vehicle completely died and was terribly smoking. Mechanic stated that there was transmission issues and most likely engine failure . When I told the manager Santiago about the issue he said he would issue a refund, we got it all squared away and set up to have the vehicle towed back to their location, when the vehicle got there the manager stated it was returned messy and not in the condition we received it (that was not true the glove box was taken off when we got it) all we left in the car was mechanic tools (which we had planned to pick up the stuff when dropping off the title.) the manager then said he will not be giving a refund. And he stated that he drove the car around the block and it worked fine and that was a complete lie because the tow driver even stated he tried multiple times and couldn't get the vehicle started. So after being called a liar and inaccurate vehicle description we were told basically we were screwed. I told the manager I would be contacting a lawyer, after filing an official complaint with the better business bureau the manager called back stating he would do the refund. That is the only reason I gave 2 stars This place does misrepresentation, they charged $900 in fees, and they are LIARS. Do not get your vehicle here or any items. They a crooks!!!! I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS REPORTED THESE ISSUES EITHER

My review is long overdue and ridiculously well-deserved. I'm a customer of CT Southern Arizona on…read morethe other side of the equation, that is, I bid in the auctions of your loved ones' carefully-curated belongings. Spoiler alert, my work with this CT location is positive and I'll give details below, however, I'd like to address one reviewer's comments. The Southern Az CT has very, very little control over what we bidders are willing to pay for items and almost all bidding starts at $1 so if someone felt their family did not receive what they should have, pls understand, as bidders we are looking for a bargain--most auction bidders are--and Unless an item is very unique, scarce or custom--when the bids go higher than we'd like to pay we just stop bidding and go elsewhere. This explains why items sell far below retail--that is the point as far as we buyers are concerned. Now I'd like to tell you that I live in Ohio so anything I've won in these particular auctions must be shipped to me, which I, of course, pay for and consider part of the cost of my finds. I've had many occasions to work with these folks and believe me, like you I would not give my money to a company unless they provided me Stellar and careful customer service. I have returned to their auctions, and will continue to do so because they've photographed each item from multiple angles in proper light, written a detailed description with any known history, and pointed out any known flaws so that I'm always left knowing exactly what I'm looking at on their website. Once I win an item (usually several!), they write to me, attach an itemized invoice and provide me with an estimate of what packing,, shipping and insurance will cost. Let me tell you, these folks are fearless regarding what they will carefully pad, pack and ship to me. My first experience with them was truly surprising as I bid on three pairs of table lamps--with shades. It did not occur to me until I received them how much time and care it took to pack these unwieldy lamps, shades and other items. I knew then that this crew was experienced and had confidence in their knowledge of how to ship such items that did not drain my bank account. Out of six lamps, six shades and numerous other objects, one ceramic lamp's base was a little damaged, however, this was due to a previous repair attempt which they'd informed me of before it was shipped so the choice to take the risk was mine and in this one instance it did not pay off but it's an easy fix so I didn't even bother mentioning it to them or ups as neither were at fault and I like to tinker! Here's the bottom line folks--I can only speak to the obvious care they take with my items and me as a customer but if I lived in the Tucson area and had need for a downsizing or relocation service I would call them quickly and without hesitating because they've proven themselves, on three occasions, to be caring, thorough and forthright--all the best qualities any of us should search for and other companies would do well to emulate. You have a choice who you give your business to, and so do I and I choose Caring Transitiins of Southern Arizona every time! Kasey C.

Do NOT hire this company, I had a horrible experience with them from start to finish! Misleading…read moreinitial consultation that hinted my parents would get several thousand dollars for the contents of their home. End result was less than $2,500. All the furniture was less than 15 years old and it was beautiful from a very nice furniture store in Tucson. Yet all the contents of the house including this furniture, netted us less than $2,500? In addition, the company brought tons of "stuff" from other homes they were emptying and added it to my family's things. On sale day the house was overflowing with so much random stuff, old/tacky furniture that did not below to my family; it was emotionally traumatizing to see my family home look like a hoarder home. Also, I know some of my parents' friends went to the sale out of curiosity and I can only imagine what they thought/the gossip that followed after the saw the house filled like that. I was very clear the surround sound speakers hard wired into the walls were not part of the sale because we were selling the home and it's a nice feature. Guess what? They were taken down/removed. One last red flag, I found a male employee, named Chad, alone in the garage at 10:20 p.m. on a weeknight and he was loading bags and boxes into his van. The van was not marked as a company vehicle so I assume it was his personal car. This was a total stranger to me, taking who knows what from the home. He was there alone for over 2 hours (I first observed him at 7:40 p.m.). This was prior to the estate sale, when they were in the "staging" mode. Celene told me he was fired but I don't trust her word. He supposedly left his phone at the house and returned to get it, and then supposedly fell asleep in his van. Truth is I watched him actively loading things in that same van and he was wide awake. I would never ever hire this company again and have in fact told family friends in the community to avoid them no matter what.

I spent a lot of time reading reviews before I inquired with them and kept seeing Mason's name - and he lives up to the hype! I inquired at a couple of different dealerships in the area and the customer service was lacking. But Mason followed up with me first thing in the morning to let me know the vehicle I was interested in had sold, but asked me what I was looking for and sent me a listing. The vehicle was in great shape, a great value, and the whole experience was pretty painless! I would recommend TVM!

John Bradford needs to close this business and move to Vegas…read more He is rude, vindictive, and unprofessional to his customers. His salesman went ballistic towards me, when I inquired about a person who he said was interested in my vehicle. This salesman said that we could call him at any time with questions. He even threatened to terminate my 45 day contract. Over the 45 day contract period we received ZERO calls about our vehicle. No stats about how many inquiries, test drives, or offers made. There was NO mention made on the on-line ads or pictures of our vehicle's sunroof. Which is a major selling point. If John and his staff can't sell a $6K vehicle in 45 days, that doesn't say much about Tanque Verde Motors. Save your $$$ and sell your car yourself. I did it in 72 hours after picking it up from John.

As you can see in my reviews, I do not go out of my way to paint businesses on a bad light and have great relationships with many Tucson organizations and businesses, as I really do want to shed light on great spots in Tucson. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. I've stated nothing but truth in my post. Their statements in response are the opposite. False, blatant lies and unprofessional. So much so that it's not even worth addressing each one. This exchange should be all you need to see. Don't let this be you. Choose literally any other dealership to avoid this bad business. *One more thing I forgot to mention was about their We-O, not sure if that's how it's spelled but if you're buying a car from them you'll know what I'm talking about. They will tell you that if it's on there they will take care of the service. But be careful because they will actually prolong fixing it by telling you whatever they can, until they can tell you that "it's been so long, their no longer bound to that document." I would definitely suggest ensuring you love the car as is if you're going to make a purchase with this corrupt business man.
