We were extremely shaken up after; our truck was knocked onto the passenger side, there was glass everywhere, people surrounded us--it was a very chaotic scene. I assume the police called this company--we certainly didn't. All of this is to say: any tow company that shows up to a scene like that, that quickly, and has you initial paperwork less than an hour after you've nearly lost your life--paperwork that apparently tells you how much they're charging you for towing and storing your completely useless vehicle--well, that company doesn't have your best interests at heart. Capitalism at its finest. HOWEVER, the guy who picked up and dropped off our truck today, Michael, was incredibly kind. Asked me how we were doing, and sympathized when I told him we were likely going to struggle to get the concrete company to do the right thing. Some people are still human, even in a world that rarely values humanity for humanity's (and not profits') sake.

I paid 1000 to buy the damn bike in the first place! They showed me the bike to see if I wanted to take it back and they left it rotting in the elements to where it would not start anymore! I just decided to let them keep it when I was told I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 500 DOLLARS just to let them keep it because of storage fees or some crap, in a lot that was more than half barren, or else I would not be able to register any other vehicles under my name! The staff was extremely unsympathetic and calling this a place run by vultures would be an understatement

My review is long overdue and ridiculously well-deserved. I'm a customer of CT Southern Arizona on…read morethe other side of the equation, that is, I bid in the auctions of your loved ones' carefully-curated belongings. Spoiler alert, my work with this CT location is positive and I'll give details below, however, I'd like to address one reviewer's comments. The Southern Az CT has very, very little control over what we bidders are willing to pay for items and almost all bidding starts at $1 so if someone felt their family did not receive what they should have, pls understand, as bidders we are looking for a bargain--most auction bidders are--and Unless an item is very unique, scarce or custom--when the bids go higher than we'd like to pay we just stop bidding and go elsewhere. This explains why items sell far below retail--that is the point as far as we buyers are concerned. Now I'd like to tell you that I live in Ohio so anything I've won in these particular auctions must be shipped to me, which I, of course, pay for and consider part of the cost of my finds. I've had many occasions to work with these folks and believe me, like you I would not give my money to a company unless they provided me Stellar and careful customer service. I have returned to their auctions, and will continue to do so because they've photographed each item from multiple angles in proper light, written a detailed description with any known history, and pointed out any known flaws so that I'm always left knowing exactly what I'm looking at on their website. Once I win an item (usually several!), they write to me, attach an itemized invoice and provide me with an estimate of what packing,, shipping and insurance will cost. Let me tell you, these folks are fearless regarding what they will carefully pad, pack and ship to me. My first experience with them was truly surprising as I bid on three pairs of table lamps--with shades. It did not occur to me until I received them how much time and care it took to pack these unwieldy lamps, shades and other items. I knew then that this crew was experienced and had confidence in their knowledge of how to ship such items that did not drain my bank account. Out of six lamps, six shades and numerous other objects, one ceramic lamp's base was a little damaged, however, this was due to a previous repair attempt which they'd informed me of before it was shipped so the choice to take the risk was mine and in this one instance it did not pay off but it's an easy fix so I didn't even bother mentioning it to them or ups as neither were at fault and I like to tinker! Here's the bottom line folks--I can only speak to the obvious care they take with my items and me as a customer but if I lived in the Tucson area and had need for a downsizing or relocation service I would call them quickly and without hesitating because they've proven themselves, on three occasions, to be caring, thorough and forthright--all the best qualities any of us should search for and other companies would do well to emulate. You have a choice who you give your business to, and so do I and I choose Caring Transitiins of Southern Arizona every time! Kasey C.

Yet, after spending a lot of time bidding on an auction I receive a notice that they are keeping one of the items. So, if you don't get enough money and you think that you can sell it for more in the second hand store (that this site owns) you just keep the item. Why bother bidding with them? Good afternoon, Unfortunately, our client has unexpectedly decided to retain SKU MC1605. As a result, we have processed a full refund for this item. Please see the attached refund details. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Best regards, Katrina Majarian Online Auction & Marketing Manager Caring Transitions of Southern Arizona

Excellent experience with Jackie Dubin at Desert Toyota! I…read morerecently purchased a 2024 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition i-FORCE MAX from Desert Toyota. The day after I bought it, I discovered a rock chip in the windshield. I went back to my salesman, Devin Padgett, to see if Desert Toyota could help since I had just purchased the truck. Devin brought service advisor Jackie Dubin over to look at it. Jackie immediately assessed the damage and told Devin to get approval from his manager to replace the windshield. The approval was given, and Jackie handled the appointment from there. When I brought the truck in, Jackie took my contact information and told me it would take about three hours. The service department was incredibly busy--there were 20+ vehicles waiting--yet Jackie managed everything extremely well. She even gave me a complimentary breakfast coupon while I waited in their large, comfortable lounge. The truck was taken into the repair area, the windshield was replaced, and the necessary calibration was completed. The entire job was finished in less than the three hours Jackie had estimated, and everything has worked perfectly ever since. What impressed me most was that Jackie was straightforward, professional, communicated well, and delivered exactly what she promised--and actually a little faster than promised. I've only dealt with Jackie a couple of times so far, but based on this experience, she will be the service advisor I ask for when my Tundra needs service in the future. I really appreciate good service, especially when I'm spending my hard-earned money. Jackie earned my trust with this experience. Thank you, Jackie, Devin and Desert Toyota Service!
