I had a bridesmaid dress that needed to be altered. The woman at the front desk, as well as the…read moreseamstress, were both amazing. I sadly forget their names as this was a couple of months ago now, however, they each made it a great experience. Very friendly, communicative, and welcoming. I will definitely go back there if I have anything I need altered in the future, or anything that needs to be drycleaned.

I dropped off a cream blazer that also had black under the collar with about 5 other items. When I…read morewent to pick up my drycleaning I was told the blazer needed to be handwashed, as drycleaning, would cause the fabrics to bleed. They asked me if I wanted it handwashed, I agreed. I received a phone call a couple of weeks later stating they needed more time to clean it as the black bleed onto the cream. I asked if they would pay for the refund for the blazer if it was ruined and the lady I spoke with said yes. The blazer was $350! When I went to pick up the blazer it had a grey hue and was damaged. While at the store the lady working informed me, they couldn't do anything, as it's manufacture error! Then she called her supervisor as they chatted and giggled on the phone to confirm she couldn't do anything! Then she informed me I had to pay for the damaged blazer in order to leave with it. I asked for the owner's phone number. I spoke with Spencer who was very nice and informed me he would send me information that I could send to the manufacture, to try and obtain a refund. I have yet to obtain the information and it's been 3 weeks! I wouldn't have ever agreed to have the item handwashed if I knew there was potential to bleed. They told me this was the reason for handwash in the first place! It makes me wonder if they drycleaned it first and then tried to hand wash it, because it bled. Anyway, I'm now out a $350 blazer. My other drycleaner closed, so I gave this one a shot, never again. The owner should do the right thing and reimburse me the cost of the blazer. After my initial complaint 3 weeks ago, they have yet to send me any information to try and obtain a refund from the manufacture! Oh, but he did let me know I didn't have to pay for the damaged blazer! Geee thanks!!!!
