POOR COMMUNICATION, LOST ITEMS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE FOR BRIDE…read more If I could rate this bridal shop negatively, I absolutely would. From the moment I began my experience, the staff were disastrously disorganized and communication was severely lacking. Although I found my dream dress here and decided to place an order--including additional items like a bow and skirt--I quickly regretted my decision. Upon receiving my order, I had to fight to have the missing items--ones I had paid for--delivered. To make matters worse, the bow that was sent to me was nothing like what I had ordered. The color, style, and fabric were completely wrong and didn't match at all. The bridal shop is virtually unreachable--no one answers the phone, and emails take at least a week to be acknowledged. I reached out multiple times asking for help in finding a similar bow, but I never received a response on how to fix the issue. Not once did they return my calls or address my concerns about a refund. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare for me as a bride, and I wouldn't wish the stress, tears, and endless time I wasted dealing with this shop on anyone. Flutter left me utterly devastated and frustrated, and I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am in this entire experience.

There are private suites and so much more room which allows for more comfort. The budget friendly options start at $800 (used to be $500 but prices have gone up considering the cost of everything going up which is understandable). This was the old The Woods gift shop. I'm so happy this business was able to secure a lovely location. Wishing you all the best! Will recommend to brides.

I felt that we were scoffed at because it was just my daughter and I (not a huge group there to support). I feel like being offered a bottle of water would be a nice touch since you have to pay to even have an appt. I wasn't allowed to "shop" the store with my daughter and she was really rushed and pressured to try on dresses that weren't her style. We were never given a moment to even talk about the dresses privately, it all just felt very impersonal. She asked the canned questions of course, but it didn't come across as genuine. I had high hopes, but it fell short. Will definitely purchase from a different boutique.

A million stars for The White Room! They made my wedding dress experience the absolute best. I…read morevisited four different shops and none compared to this one. I worked with Jill who was so fun and helpful. She actually pulled the dress that ended up being the one! If you are looking for a more unique dress, this is the shop in the Twin Cities. They have a variety of styles and honestly, I think I found about 5 dresses that could have been the one haha. I didn't feel pressured at all which was top notch for a people pleaser like myself. I felt so comfortable and was given the time I needed to think about my decision. From try on to ordering, it was all such an easy process. Nikki was amazing with answering questions after I ordered the dress and when it arrived in the store. They all really go above and beyond! Oh and the space...I don't think you could ask for a prettier wedding dress space. I just want to go back and hang out there. If you're looking for a wedding dress, don't hesitate to book an appointment at The White Room!

I had such a horrible experience with TWR…read more The dresses and space are beautiful. I had a great time until they dropped the ball. I received my dress 5 weeks late from their contractual delivery date with no explanation, proactive communication, or apology. I was assured that I would not need to rush order the dress. The dress fit me beautifully in the store, but I was encouraged to order closer to my listed size according to the designer chart, so I wasn't worried about it being late until I tried it on and it was 2-3 sizes too large. The tailoring appointments they offered were for dates before my dress even arrived. Being out of state, I had to bring my dress to another tailor that a friend recommended, who explained the dress would have to be recut and entirely reconstructed because it was so large. My measurements had not changed from the time I tried on the dress on at TWR 7 months earlier. The tailoring estimate was nearly 40% of the purchase price of the dress, so I reached out to TWR to express my frustration. They offered only $150 for a "rush fee" because it was late. They refused to acknowledge any accountability until I told them I lodged official complaints. When I finally spoke to Carmen, she accused me of sending fake pictures, my tailor of being dishonest, implied that I should be grateful because "some girls don't even get their dresses," and told me that I hurt her feelings telling her I didn't trust TWR to do any further business with or to stick to a contract when she offered to do the alterations in a few hours (the alterations took 3 days at my tailor). Their contract did not seem to come with any sort of integrity on their end. Your wedding gown is an investment and brides are under such tight timelines that you expect a luxury boutique to respect. Although many brides have had great experiences here, I can only speak for mine, and I would not trust or recommend TWR to do business with.

She asked my daughter several questions then pulled several dresses that were on target. It was a very busy place. We had the 'rose room' in the back which was nice. It was lovely that they offered water and champagne to us. My daughter changed in a nearby room then had to walk to the 'stage' where we could see the dress. The lighting and mirrors were all nice. A similar style dress was a few hundred dollars more expensive here than in another shop we visited. Taylor did a nice job. She didn't ask as many questions as the other shop we went to but the dresses she pulled were right on. Parking in this area can be challenging but the nearby ramp provided ample parking. The shop was very cute and cozy. There were at least 3-5 groups in there so it was quite loud and busy. While we didn't get our dress from here, we had a very good experience. This shop was highly recommended by my daughter's friends.

You get to answer a few question in the beginning to help you out the day of. This shop has beautiful beautiful dresses. I loved their selection and fell in love with a dress here and my gosh I can't stop thinking about it. I had such a great team (bridesmaids) helping me out and honestly can't rave enough about this place. It's so hard picking a gown and having a stylist helping you out go though different styles is super helpful. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision then about the dress but I left feeling like I had found the one. Now I did continue dress shopping as I'm pretty early on my journey but know that when it comes to making a decision at the end it will come down to one of the dresses in this store ( not the one pictured here) Honestly trying on dresses can be uncomfortable for people that don't have the type of body dresses are designed for so I'm keeping that in mind. I'm petite, midsize, and on the curvier side so I already knew when I tried on dresses they wouldn't fit me completely or some wouldn't go passed my hips which was fine but I was still made super comfortable! To get park here you are definitely going to want to use the parking garage near by or try to find street parking but that can be a bit difficult. I had suck a great experience here and will be coming back again to try on the dress I fell in love with.
