DO NOT work with these people, I purchased a dress from Bridle Aisle that needed some alterations. I walked in with my 6 year old son who just started kindergarten and has had a rough few days adjusting to his new life with a lot of tears involved. I am a parent who checks her kids if they need to be checked! My son seen all the dresses and got so excited he touched a dress, I hurry and tell him "hunny DO NOT touch anything" LENA YELLS at my son telling him telling him how much the dress cost! My poor son STARTS TO CRY! I quickly let her know to never address my child to address me even if there was damage I would cover the cost. One of her staff members proceeds to pull out his phone and starts recording me without my consent! They both were completely out of line, disrespectful and not welcoming! Myself and they rest of the 8 girls in the bridal party will be taking our business elsewhere. read more
