Called around to a few stores to see if they had our size. Luckily 5 Stride had our sizes. Yay. We quickly hopped on CitiBikes and rode over. We did not have an appointment but were lucky enough to be serviced immediately with 0 wait time. We tried a few brands before deciding to on our purchase. We took FOREVER to decide brand and color of wheels and laces. Paco (staff) was patient and helpful in making sure we got everything we asked for. I don't know how she remained patient because if it was me I would have lost my mind with us. We were so indecisive. Nonetheless we left the shop happy customers with cool skates. Thanks Paco!

At no point should bolts randomly fling off your bike while you going down the Brooklyn bridge going 24mph. I'm a high school student and I had to pay for my bike with my own money. I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. Another thing - my skates prematurely broke down after a year of usage due to a manufacturer defect, and Dave went out of his way to make it right by working with the manufacturer to replace it. Kids,teens and adults have such a good time here and wearing their knee pads and elbow pads to reduce the pain when and if they fall. It's a fee of just $20 for the whole day and people can come and go all day. I met Mike there the nicest guy who has the best attitude the way he deals with the young and old clientele.
