Was quoted that "overage miles at end of lease would be $.10/mile". This was a lie!! When we go to the financing a I was told then that overage miles would be $.30/mile. I said no deal then as I was at the top of my payment range. Then the sales rep came in to ask if they could do the lease for 2500 extra miles a year at the same payment, would I sign and I said yes. Well, 10 minutes later he comes back and says his manager won't do that deal. So I wasted an entire week on back and forth calls to get the deal where I wanted it and not to mention 2 hours the day I was supposed to sign, only to walk away with no deal because Woodhouse Jeep Blair would not correct their sales rep's mistake. Not only was I a returning lease customer but the rest of my family has also been doing business with Woodhouse (other makes of vehicles) for over 12 years. Way to treat your repeat customer. Not only did they lose my business but the rest of my family's business as well. All because they didn't have the respect to correct their sales reps error. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from them.

Then the car arrived and their true colors came out. What a disaster. I chalked up the first few things to bad luck and wasnt upset. But the list kept going... 1 - The car was shipped across the country with the back window open so the white seats were filled with 2k miles of road grime. On top of that the transport company tied the car down wrong and broke some trim pieces. Ok no biggie it happens and wasnt Country Auto's fault. 2 - Then I immediately hear the suspension squeaking like an old mattress over every bump. I send them videos the next day. Takes me a week to figure out what the problem was and get it fixed. Turns out the sway bar and bushings were heavily corroded. I chalk it up to more bad luck. 3 - Then my wife says shes been seeing some white smoke out the back when getting on the highway. I go to check the oil level and find they sold the car overfilled with 2.5L of oil. Really, really not good. I have no idea the long term ramifications to the engine. 4 - Then to cap things off I find 2 of the tires have what looks like silver spray paint on them. I initially couldn't figure out why until notice the paint on those wheels starting to fade over the next few days. I realize they did some cheap refinish job on the wheels. It looks good while it's on the lot but as soon as the brakes heat up the paint fades. 5 - I then find 2lbs of dirt and road salt packed up behind the wheel well rusting out some very expensive hydraulic lines. These lines were supposed to have been thoroughly checked during a pre purchase inspection I paid Onyx to do...and obviously weren't. After that list I start to get annoyed but was still trying to be nice about it. Alex tells me hes going to talk to the owner to see what he can do since it obviously wasnt a great experience. He then blows me off for 3 weeks. When he finally calls me back he turns into the quintessential used car slick talk. He blames Onyx who serviced the car 2 months prior, and who I paid to inspect the car. So I talk to them. They of course say they didn't sell me the car, Country Auto did, and it's not their problem, it's Country Autos. They also proceed to tell me they inspected the car "as a favor to Country Auto" and "would have never sold that car from their own lot" they would have just auctioned it. WTF?? That obviously doesn't make you feel good about your purchase...or the type of cars Country Auto sells. Alex of course takes zero responsibility and tells me I "should have just bought a CPO car". Classic. Buying a used car always comes with some risks and unknowns. Thats why knowing the person you are buying from is as important as the car you are buying. I would not recommend anyone buying from Country Auto.

If you've ever wanted to experience the absolute pinnacle of automotive incompetence, I highly…read morerecommend paying a visit to the service department at Honda Cars of Bellevue. Seriously -- it's a masterclass in how to get absolutely nothing done while confidently having no idea what's going on. I purchased my car here in April. Fast forward to May 24th -- blew a tire. No big deal, right? I had the foresight to purchase a tire and wheel warranty when I bought the car. You'd think that would make this an easy process. Oh, you sweet, naïve soul. Enter Dustin and Rick, the service manager -- and I use manager loosely, because managing anything seems wildly outside his skillset. These two couldn't find my warranty anywhere. Poof. Vanished. Like a magician's trick, except instead of applause, all you get is delays and migraines. Then, in a moment of pure, unfiltered genius, Rick tells me there's a $150 deductible and that the warranty doesn't cover cosmetic wheel damage. Only problem? He was quoting a warranty this dealership hasn't sold in over three years. Three. Years. And who had to enlighten him? Me -- after calling my salesperson and getting the real information. Because apparently, the service manager has no idea what products his own dealership sells. You truly can't make this up. And here's where it gets downright insulting. 11 days later, I still don't have my car back. Eleven. Days. Over a tire. I've watched entire homes get built faster than these clowns can fix a wheel. Their mysterious, elusive "wheel guy" comes once a week, and somehow didn't get to my car last week. Now we're into this week, and no one can confirm if the mythical wheel guy is even gracing the dealership with his presence today. Eleven days. For a tire. I cannot stress enough how wildly unacceptable and embarrassing this is for a professional dealership. Honestly, I'd have a better shot handing my keys to a 22-year-old meth head at Jiffy Lube. At least he'd have the decency to wreck it quickly instead of stringing me along for a week and a half. The fact that a service manager has no idea what his dealership sells, can't coordinate a basic tire repair, and thinks it's fine to leave a customer without their vehicle for 11 days over a flat is beyond belief. This isn't a joke. It's not exaggerated. It's just Honda Cars of Bellevue being tragically, spectacularly bad at what they do. If you like wasting your time, being lied to, and dealing with a service department that would lose a race to a snail with a limp, this is your place. Otherwise -- stay far, far away. Update: I just found out the wheel guy won't be coming in today... because of the weather. Now, before you picture some catastrophic, end-of-days scenario, let me clarify -- it's 60° and drizzling. I had to actually step outside to make sure I wasn't missing a biblical flood, an alien invasion, or a solid 30 inches of snow. Nope. Just a little drizzle and the kind of mild weather that even house cats would be fine in. And yet somehow, that's enough to derail this already tragic operation. 12 days and counting... over a tire...

However, my recent interaction at the Dodge location--with Jeff, the Manager--was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Woodhouse or any dealership. When I asked to test-drive a Corvette--priced at approximately $75,000--Jeff became immediately defensive. I explained that I am exploring several options, including the Corvette, an Audi, and other vehicles, and simply wanted to drive the car before making a decision. Given my long history with Woodhouse, I did not believe this was an unreasonable request. Jeff refused to provide his business card, raised his voice, and ultimately asked my son and me to leave. He even stated that "people drive them when they purchase them," which I found hard to believe and inconsistent with industry practice. His behavior was abrupt, unprofessional, and entirely unnecessary. I have never witnessed a manager react in such a triggered and defensive manner. If I--or any employee on my team--behaved this way in front of a customer, I would expect immediate disciplinary action. After this experience, I will not be returning to Woodhouse. It's clear that my business is not valued, and I will purchase elsewhere. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have had.

Update- in getting ready to get my plates, noticed that things were off. Watch out for the finance guys, with the exception of Matt. We were sold an additional warranty package after it was explained that Chevy know has a limited warranty blah blah blah. We were also sold gap insurance, me being an agent I stated I could add that to my policy. Finance guy then went onto confirm coverage and how insurance pays on their gap. Hmm guys he isn't licensed to confirm coverage, nonono!! Then to find out my taxes were figured at 5 2 instead of 5.5. After reaching out and Matt helping me, we were able to cancel the extended warranty and gap, and dealership issued a check for the missing amount of my taxes, have yet to receive this. Beware of "Payment Packing" at Gregg Young Chevrolet (and how I saved $6,000)…read more Sharing a recent experience at Gregg Young Chevrolet that almost cost me over $6,000. I'm posting this so you can protect yourselves. When I purchased a 2026 Silverado, the finance office "snuck" a third-party warranty (EG Assurance/Ethos) into my contract for $5,420. They never mentioned the price or told me an Official Chevrolet factory warranty existed for $3,000 less. They simply manipulated the numbers to hit the monthly payment I asked for, a deceptive tactic called "Payment Packing." The Lesson: Always review your itemized contract! I found the $5,420 charge and confronted the Sales Manager. Because I went back within 24 hours, they were forced to redo my contract. My monthly payment dropped from $503 down to $401. That's $102 a month I would have been paying for a marked-up third-party product. Important Advice for your next purchase: Demand Manufacturer Warranties: Do not just accept a "Premium" plan. Ask for the Official Chevrolet Protection Plan (or Ford/GMC). Dealers push 3rd-party brands because they make more profit, but the factory plan is better and cheaper. Buy the Warranty "On the Side": You don't have to finance the warranty into your car loan! I am now purchasing an official manufacturer warranty separately from a high-volume dealer. Not only is it nearly $3,000 cheaper, but it also provides 2 EXTRA years of coverage and 30,000 MORE miles than the third-party plan the dealer snuck in. By paying for it separately (or rolling it into a low-rate refinance), I'm also avoiding 5 years of interest on a marked-up price. Know the Law: In Nebraska, you have a 30-day "free-look" period to cancel service contracts for a 100% refund. If a dealer sneaks one in, go back and demand it be removed. Don't let them work the numbers to "fit your payment" while hiding the true cost. Stay sharp!
