To start off, this is the first time I have ever purchased a car out of state, and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had. My husband found a 2016 Camaro that he wanted at Sid Dillon and since we lived in Wisconsin the Salesman Lance was very accomedating. We took detailed pictures of the Jeep that we were trading and they gave us a quote for trade in. Lance then helped us connect with one of their finance guys to get a loan qoute. Chris was extremely helpful and made the loan process painless and quick. When we arrived, the car was out and ready for us to look over and test drive. Once we were happy with the car, we completed the loan process. Overall we arrived at 11am and left just after 12pm. Everyone we contacted were helpful and extremely nice. Paid 45 dollars to have my oil changed as I have several times, got it home it was now leaking oil and had not been changed at all. I suspect they put and oil filter on it then simply topped it off. The manager checked it and agreed it was not clean oil. They changed it put a new gasket on the plug(should have been done originally)but then offered no explanation as to how it happened other than "shit happens". Offered me nothing for my trouble.wonder how many times I have paid for an oil change there but didn't get it changed. Won't be back the service dept cheat you. read more

I live in Grand Junction CO but originally from Lincoln NE. I've tried dealing with CO Chevy dealerships numerous times. They will absolutely NOT work with people whether it's here or Denver or anywhere. They wouldn't even try and locate the model truck I was after. I came across Sid Dillon Blair and spoke to Lance. He went out of his way locating the exact truck I was after. I requested a spray in bed liner and it was done immediately. He worked with me on a reasonable price for the new truck as well as my trade in. I worked with Jonathon on the finance and warranty side of things to accommodate those requests. I drove 1600 miles round trip over the Rockies and through the worst weather NE has had so far this winter to specifically do business with these two individuals. Their customer service skills are something for others to learn from. I will make it a point to go back to our local dealership and give them feedback. Bottom line is I got the exact truck I was after at a good price and impeccable customer service. I even got to visit family at the same time. Just had a routine oil change and tire rotation, etc at 12,000 miles. Made the appointment on-line and they were ready when I got there. Took less than an hour for everything. My Chevrolet broke down on Highway 29 near Owana Iowa and Luckily The company that came to tow my vehicle Suggested Sid Dillon Chevrolet approximately 35 miles away from my location. The tow driver seemed to know his business even though we had to pass ANOTHER Chevrolet dealer to get to Sid Dillon. The transmission was SHOT in my vehicle but SID DILLON got me back on the road in two days after completely replacing the transmission.!! My Service writer (JASON) kept me in the loop EVERY STEP of the repair. The dealership transported me To and From the dealership as I had to stay in a local motel. Sid Dillon is VERY PROFESSIONAL and even though my vehicle broke down I felt like I/Sid Dillon had it under control. The price was EXACTLY what I agreed to and was quoted.... If I could give a 0 review I would. I was working with Jeff Ferguson last Saturday to purchase a vehicle. We were looking at a pickup from them. They made a deal and asked us to stop looking as they were sure they could get us into the truck for $275 per month. I was going to be flexible and go up to $300. They ran the truck through the shop and found out what had to be done. I had explained credit issues with them up front and they said they could get it done. When they came back the best they could do would be $340 per month. Funny part is when Jim Nelson call me back finally he said sorry we dont have a signed purchase agreement or contract. They do have a signed purchase agreement. What they didn't have was a signed credit app from my dad who was going to help buy the truck. They ran his credit and submitted his loan application without his signature. If I didn't have a signed purchase agreement that they need to hold to their word, how is ok for them to run someone's credit and submit applications to banks without his signature. Either we all work on verbal agreements or no one does. To sum this up their word is not worth anything. They made promises before they new all they had to deal with with the truck and with my credit. They wasted my time for 4 days. We are on the look for another vehicle. We will get one. It wont be from Sid Dillon. I certainly believe it was meant to be as the integrity of the gentlemen involved concerns me about the vehicle I was purchasing anyway. Sometimes things work out the way they do for a reason. Another life lesson in the fact that not everyone checks their facts before they make promises, do a handshake, and ask you to stop looking. Never ever buying from Sid Dillon again - don't stand behind their sales. Bought a truck last August and it wouldn't pass Missouri Inspection so we had to replace the rear end at our expense. Also immediately started having tranny issues and have since had to replace that. Electrical has also gone bad in it. All we got were empty promises. Stay Far, Far Away. I have given myself nearly 6 months prior to writing this review in order to be as fair and "right" minded as I could possibly be. Nothing has changed for me, I would NOT even recommend this Dealership to the worst of my enemies. We bought a "Certified" PreOwned Diesel Truck and spent a lot of money on it. Within the first couple of weeks of ownership we noticed poor fuel mileage and a lack of power. We called them, they picked up the truck and had it for two days. After "going over it" they told us that Nothing was wrong with the truck, that is was getting way better mileage for them than we were getting. So, we picked it up. We were then out of the state for a week on vacation, and the very first day we drove the truck following vacation, the check engine light came on, along with a "low power indicator." After the run around in Blair, we took the truck to Sid Dillon in Wahoo. The Wahoo Service Dept. found a filthy dirty (complete with chunks of dirt) air filter and the air filter box was also full of dirt. The Filter was a NAPA brand filter, which by itself is fine, however this truck came to us "certified" and should have had a Dodge filter in it. Hmmm... Wahoo couldn't believe it and suggested we take the truck back to Blair. So back to Blair we went. We met with the GM and after listening to our story, (and looking at the air filter we kept and returned to them) he said he was appalled. He called in the Service Manager and they went through their records trying to determine what had happened. Long story short, and after 4 more hours at the Dealership, they apologized, said they didn't do business like that, couldn't and wouldn't guarantee the truck for problems related to dirt or debris in the engine, and said we could trade the truck for something else on their lot. The GM sent the salesman out to find us something comparable. He guaranteed they would "make it right" and we could trade for something as good or better than what we had. We looked at a number of trucks and found one we thought would work for us, but were going to go home and think about it for a couple of days. The following week we called and said we could make that truck work if they added a couple of things that were missing. The new truck was one year newer with a few miles less than our first purchase, but again was the closest thing they had to what we had previously purchased. Fine. We settled with that, but when we called to schedule a time to come trade the trucks they told us we were going to have to pay an additional several thousand dollars for the difference in the sticker price on the trucks. What??????? They screwed up, lied to us, never serviced the truck correctly when we returned it, and promised to make it right for us, now they wanted more money???? I had also run NADA & Kelly book values on the current truck and new truck to make sure we were getting a fair trade, and the book values were almost identical. We had paid less for the first truck because of an "internet" sale they had to honor and that amounted to the difference in the price of the trucks. We also had an oil sample run from the truck and it was found to have a high level of glycol in it. Yikes! Engine problems would be imminent!! Again, we were dumbfounded. I called the GM, who proceeded to get very nasty with me. He accused me of "bending him over," of being unrealistic, and trying to take advantage of them. As a professional person in my mid fifties I have dealt with many, many folks of the years, but none would ever come as close to the rude, unprofessional way this man dealt with me. I was beyond furious. At this point we were done with Sid Dillon - Blair. They "Bent us over," they screwed us, and they lied to us. We took their "certified Chevrolet" truck we bought, that they wouldn't guarantee the engine on and they wouldn't replace and we traded if off elsewhere. I will make it my mission in life to make sure no one I know, or don't know doesn't get screwed by Sid Dillon - Blair like we did. read more
