2025 Chevy Equinox EV!

Never buy a vehicle from Gregg Young Chevy. I had a terrible buying experience there. I have PTSD from the Army. I do not do well with car dealers that stress me out, play games, are unorganized and lie about pricing. I had gotten screwed on a previous car deal and came in agitated. I needed to find a replacement car and GM Andy Therrian being the POS car dealer he is saw blood in the water and tried to screw me. So I got angry. And upon further reflection he deserved my anger. I sent a screenshot of the VIN and the "Gregg Young Guaranteed Price" for that specific vehicle, to the salesman before I got there. I also told him l'd like the $750 GM military veteran discount. I test drove the vehicle and was ready to the deal. I thought when the salesman came back with the final price it would be $750 less than the "Gregg Young Guaranteed Price". But instead it was $2,000 more expensive!! They tried to up charge me. Dishonest scum bags. The GM Andy Therrian is an arrogant fat slob. Runs the place like a frat house. Bunch of arrogant assholes there. I ended buying from Woodhouse Chevy Omaha. I had an amazing no BS buying experience at Woodhouse. They treated me with respect and gave me a fair deal like I expected. No BS games there.

My car buying and service experience at this dealership has been a nightmare. I purchased a used Subaru on December 23rd, and the entire process was a disaster. My husband spent hours going back and forth with an intern, a salesperson, the finance manager, and the sales manager just to get clear numbers. The intern repeatedly said, "I'm just an intern; I don't handle that," which was ridiculous. It took forever to finally speak with someone who could provide actual numbers. They used shady tactics like payment packing, and their documentation fee was an outrageous price of $499 which is pure profit for them. I put a deposit down in the morning, and when my husband went to test drive and negotiate the price, they would only drop it by $500. I knew how much they gave the person who traded it in, so I wasn't happy. My husband asked if we could come back the next day because I wasn't 100% sure, and I was working until they closed. They refused, saying they'd have to refund my deposit and put the car back on the lot, even though I had put the deposit down less than six hours earlier. After purchasing the car, I reviewed the service history and contacted the previous shop that maintained it. That's when I found out it needed a new engine due to low PSI. I called the service department, and they agreed to run a compression test while it was in service for a wheel bearing (took 11 days BTW). The test came back "fine," but Subaru-certified technicians later confirmed it was NOT fine. The salesman, Peyton, claimed that Gregg "stands behind the vehicles" they sell and "doesn't want to see his name on the side of the road." That's laughable because we've been stranded TWICE in the past month. When I called the GSM about the issues, Andy dismissed Subaru's findings, saying, "We have to go off what our service department says." Of course, their techs claimed it was fine, but they didn't perform the test properly. I requested detailed results, and almost a month later, I still haven't received them. Worse, the service department broke multiple things while working on the wheel bearing. If they can't replace a simple wheel bearing without causing more damage, why would I trust them to test my engine properly? Subaru's standard PSI range is 142-175 per cylinder, there can't be more than a 7PSI difference between a cylinder. The car's results were Cylinder 1: 125 PSI, Cylinder 2: 117 PSI, Cylinder 3: 130 PSI, and Cylinder 4: 130 PSI, all below standard. A 13 PSI difference is catastrophic. 3 Subaru-certified techs confirmed the engine needed replacement, but Gregg Young's non-certified techs insisted otherwise. I also addressed concerns about the 30-day powertrain warranty. Both the salesman and the finance manager assured me MULTIPLE times that it covered the vehicle despite modifications. However, when the warranty inspector looked at it, he immediately denied the claim due to modifications. Andy made excuses, saying, "The finance manager didn't know it was modified." That's a lie because I signed a paper before the warranty stating that I knew it was modified! To make matters worse, they offered to sell me a $3,000 extended warranty. Imagine if I had bought it, it would've been useless! I planned to purchase an extended warranty after the 30-day one expired, but couldn't because you can't buy one for a non-operational vehicle. End of sale, I received no follow up. The dealership refused to renegotiate the price to cover even a fraction of the $11,000 repair bill, even though I had just spent $16,500 on a car and $7,000+ on cosmetic items and body repair on a vehicle I can't even drive. Eventually, they agreed to take the vehicle back on February 8th. But now it's March 5th and I STILL haven't received my refund! They're holding over $6,000 of my money. My husband and I have been forced to share one car for weeks as they refuse to return my money in a timely manner. There's so much more I could say, but I'll leave it at this: RUN and don't look back. I'm in the market for a Chevy Tahoe, take a guess where I WON'T be buying it!

Had a great experience with the crew at Greg Youngg. Bought a Hummer H3 Alpha from them sight unseen. They disclosed all blemishes and asked to keep it for an extra week to service and address any issues it may have had before I flew in and drove it back to Southern California. I'd like to give a shoutout to Andy (Andrew) Kohl from the Service Department for his excellent customer service whom followed up to make ensure that it was performing as advertised.

Nice dealership. There's a cafe to get your grub on while waiting for service or oil changes, etc.

However, my recent interaction at the Dodge location--with Jeff, the Manager--was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Woodhouse or any dealership. When I asked to test-drive a Corvette--priced at approximately $75,000--Jeff became immediately defensive. I explained that I am exploring several options, including the Corvette, an Audi, and other vehicles, and simply wanted to drive the car before making a decision. Given my long history with Woodhouse, I did not believe this was an unreasonable request. Jeff refused to provide his business card, raised his voice, and ultimately asked my son and me to leave. He even stated that "people drive them when they purchase them," which I found hard to believe and inconsistent with industry practice. His behavior was abrupt, unprofessional, and entirely unnecessary. I have never witnessed a manager react in such a triggered and defensive manner. If I--or any employee on my team--behaved this way in front of a customer, I would expect immediate disciplinary action. After this experience, I will not be returning to Woodhouse. It's clear that my business is not valued, and I will purchase elsewhere. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have had.

My experience with Woodhouse Hyundai has been a disaster from start to finish…read more On July 7, 2025, I brought my 2020 Hyundai Sonata Limited to Woodhouse Hyundai for a manufacturer recall repair. The vehicle was fully functional when I dropped it off. While the car was in the dealership's custody, a cleaning vendor operating on their lot backed into it and caused severe structural damage, ultimately totaling the vehicle. This happened while the dealership had possession and control of the car. What followed was months of confusion, poor communication, and misleading information. Woodhouse told me a cleaning company was responsible but refused to identify the vendor despite repeated requests. I was later contacted by an insurance company regarding the loss and eventually received valuation reports. During this entire period, I continued making loan payments on a vehicle that had already been destroyed while sitting on their lot. In December, Woodhouse issued me a check for $2,764.93 drawn from their own corporate account and represented it as money coming from the at-fault party. What they did not clearly disclose was that the back of the check contained restrictive language attempting to release Woodhouse from liability if I endorsed it. There was no separate settlement agreement explaining this. I did not accept the check. The dealership also repossessed the loaner vehicle they had provided, leaving me without transportation. Meanwhile, the insurance process resulted in approximately $16,971 being paid to my lender to satisfy the loan, but that did not come close to covering the actual financial loss and months of disruption caused by this situation. To make matters worse, Woodhouse told both me and the Nebraska Attorney General's Consumer Affairs Division that I had received "over retail" for my vehicle, which was simply not true. The core issue is straightforward: My vehicle was destroyed while in Woodhouse Hyundai's custody, and the way the dealership handled the aftermath was opaque, misleading, and incredibly frustrating. If you choose to do business here, document everything and make sure you fully understand any paperwork or payments presented to you. A dealership should take responsibility when a customer's vehicle is damaged on their property. That accountability was missing here.
