This autumn, I came in to get my car looked over and ready for winter, and they quickly helped pinpoint key areas that I needed to be safe, without gauging me to advertise for every service possible. The team clearly prioritizes focusing on fixes that will truly improve your vehicle and experience. I also visited for some problems with my air conditioning, and they quickly helped me in identifying my best solutions moving forward. When I decided that it wasn't worth the fix at the time, there was no pushing or pressuring that I experience at most mechanic shops. As a woman, it's been hard for me to find a shop I feel comfortable in, and this is it! As a woman, I feel respected and safe walking into this shop, knowing that they will assist me with exactly what I need and never push me into unnecessary fixes. I recommend all my friends come here when they need anything from an oil change to help getting fixed up after an accident! The value of service for what you pay here is top notch.

Let me start off by saying that the repairs done to my car were great. My car looks brand new…read more However, WORST customer service ever!!!" I had my car repaired in February of this year. I paid my deductible when I picked up my car. Not sure why, but when my insurance company settled up with the shop, they also paid the deductible. I was notified by my insurance company that the deductible had been paid twice and that the shop should refund the deductible that I paid. Well, that was 4 1/2 months ago and about 20 phone calls later. I have yet to receive the money owed to me. The shop says they are now "corporate" and that the claim is with their accounting department. Again, it has been 4 1/2 months... No one ever answers the phone at the corporate office (which is in Arizona). No one ever returns calls / messages - I have left over 10. I am now paying an attorney to write a demand letter... RIDICULOUS!!! Good luck with this shop if you ever have an issue with payment. Jennifer Eller
