When ordering, we were asked how we like the heat level and advised to order medium hot because it can be made hotter with chilies. That turned out to be the right recommendation for me. The panang had a nice amount of vegetables and nice heat but not too spicy. The pad see eu tofu was all right but for vegetarians I recommend the curry. Ample street parking on street and across street on Sunday.

I was honestly surprised when they took us back there to our seats because I didn't realize the space was that big. I ordered the beef pad see ew, and I'll be honest, I was a little sad when it came out because the portion felt pretty small for $18. The other dishes seemed like they were a lot larger. I also split the crab omelet, which was good! I tried the Evil Curry too. It wasn't extremely spicy, but it definitely had enough of a kick that I don't think I could eat the whole thing in one sitting. They also have free karaoke in the main room for anyone interested, which is a fun addition! Overall, I gave this place a 4 because the people were nice, and I liked that you could choose between the cute garden patio or the karaoke area. The food was decent. Nothing amazing for me, but still good overall. I will say, if you're specifically looking for pad see ew, my favorite is still King of Thai Boat Noodles!

We opted for family style since we wanted to have different things and went for: -Pad see iew with tofu (very flavorful but portion was a bit on the smaller side... I thought they gave more before..) -Papaya salad (crunchy, fresh, and tart) -Sticky rice -Yellow Curry with chicken (delicious & coconut didn't overpower) -House fried chicken (crispy, juicy... and most pieces were boneless). We warmed up a little with the medium spice level papaya salad...and they don't mess around with their spices here. Thai spice is way more of an intense, painful heat than Korean chili peppers (in my opinion!). This dish even made my spice tolerant friend sweat a little but couldn't stop eating because everything was packed with flavor. Service was fast - I would definitely come back here (and maybe bring a jacket). At least I know the AC works here!

They give you a good amount of food and it tastes good. I'm Thai, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to boat noodles and I have to say that these noodles are super solid. Good Food, Great Service, but Some Dishes Could Be Better!…read more During my trip to Oahu, my friend recommended King of Thai Boat Noodles, so I decided to give it a try! We ordered a few different dishes, including Lao-style papaya salad and Thai boat noodles. I requested the papaya salad to be prepared Lao-style, and while I appreciated the spiciness, I could still taste more of the Thai-style preparation. Personally, it wasn't quite what I was hoping for. As for the Thai boat noodles, the portion was generous, and I appreciated the variety of noodles. The beef was absolutely delicious and easily my favorite part of the dish! However, the broth was just okay for my taste. I'd personally rate the broth around 3.5/5. It wasn't bad, but I felt it could have been more flavorful. My friend's nephew ordered the Pad Kra Pao and absolutely loved it! Although I didn't try his dish myself, I thought it was worth mentioning his positive experience. The restaurant itself is fairly small, but it wasn't busy when we visited, so the atmosphere was comfortable. Customer service was great! The staff was friendly, and we had an enjoyable dining experience. A parking tip for future visitors: Parking near the restaurant can be limited. You may want to consider the nearby Walmart parking garage or a paid parking option. Just be sure to check the posted parking rules and fees before leaving your vehicle. Overall, I had a good experience. While the papaya salad and boat noodle broth weren't exactly to my preference, I appreciated the generous portions, delicious beef, friendly service, and opportunity to try somewhere new! Overall experience: 4/5

I used to come here for lunch often some years ago and always loved it but they were so busy that they were not very attentive. Dinner time apparently is different in that the servers were very attentive and refilled water and checked on us. We had so many delicious dishes from Tom Kha soup and cucumber salad to drunken noodles, fried chicken, steamed ginger fish, shrimp and eggplant, and pad Thai. It was all delicious and perfectly balanced. I especially like their spice caddy which contains chopped Thai chilis so we could all share the dishes at a reasonable spice level and I could add them to my portions to my liking and I like it blazingly HOT. I love Thai food and I love this restaurant.

Fried rice was nicely seasoned, tossed beautifully in the wok, with big pieces of egg and onions, with chicken as our choice of protein. Cucumber on the side for a nice crunch. What really stole the show here, was their papaya salad. We always order it Lao style, with extra funk and medium spicy which this place does very well. For non spice eaters, they are tame with their spices here. With the right amount of cabbage, and lettuce for dipping and wrapping. Prices are par with other Thai shops, you can even find Lao classics on the menu. Nice and clean, delicious Thai tea, and easy parking. Will definitely return.
