We got red curry, pad Thai, tempura veggies, and chicken satay. All of them were incredible and the portions were so big, we had leftovers for a couple more meals. The staff is nice and the prices are reasonable. My only "complaint" - and it's not even a complaint - is that the food is dry when reheated. We didn't have that issue when we ate in the restaurant though, nor when we did takeout to eat during a working lunch.

We ordered shumai to split for an app. It was loaded with ground chicken, I enjoyed it. We got the fried version. By the time we got home the fried was softer but we didn't care. We each got chicken drunken noodles with level 2 spice. It was the perfect spice level. They tasted even better the next day. So happy to have tried this!

I understand Fridays are busy with dine-in and takeout orders. However, if a restaurant cannot…read morehandle the volume, it should stop taking orders or inform customers of a long delay upfront. I placed a takeout order and arrived 40 minutes later to pick it up, only to find the staff visibly overwhelmed. After 1 hour and 15 minutes with no food, I asked to cancel my order several times, but the employee kept telling me to wait. Customers should have the right to cancel if an order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time. Management needs to address both their cancellation policy for delayed orders and their staffing levels on busy nights.

My friend asked for it to be ready at 7:45- we arrived promptly and it was ready as ordered! The location itself is convenient at a little strip mall. While the inside of the restaurant is small, it was nicely decorated. The employee who gave us our order was friendly and knowledgeable. I had the drunken noodles with tofu. For $15 I thought the portion was generous and the food tasted nice and fresh. There was a little bit of excess oil in the dish but it wasn't overwhelming. My friends pineapple chicken was exceptional as she gave me a few pieces of that, and they talk up these spring rolls all the time. For the cost, food quality, and portion size I would say Blue Mango is definitely worth a visit!

I had a hard time choosing what entree I wanted for dinner but decided on the Crispy Chicken Basil. I loved it and it was very filling. It came with a lot of chicken and the sauce was delicious. You're greeted by a guy who looks like he raided some Thai tourist trap gift shop, but things don't get really weird until you go to the restroom and travel down a hallway that's lined by framed, completed, jigsaw puzzles. The place is pretty tired, I suspect that their cook is really good and held back by management. After a long flight I had a long drive ahead of me and saw they had positive Yelp reviews, so I went. It just wasn't a very good food, and the dude serving us in the Thai tourist costume seemed like he had issues. But this place gets a bunch of good reviews so perhaps I was just in a bad mood. I'm sure that there has to be Thai food in this area that's good, this really didn't do it for me.

Now it is one of those downtown Concord places I circle back to whenever I am craving something brothy and comforting that still has some personality. Most visits revolve around noodle soups, and I have worked my way through a good chunk of the menu. The spicy miso ramen has a deep heat that builds instead of hitting you all at once, and the shoyu ramen is clean and savory in a way that makes you keep sipping the broth even when you are full. The Bubba pho and veggie pho are both solid, generous bowls, and the Korean noodle soup that started as a special clearly earned its permanent spot. Even the Japanese curry soup, which I expected to be heavier, if I had to nitpick I wish it had more curry flavor. My favorite order though is the spicy tantan, with a tweak. Sub the ground chicken for the soy glazed chicken. It adds texture and a little sweetness that really works with the spice. Service is friendly without hovering, and the pacing is usually spot on even when they are busy. The space itself is small, but I rarely struggle to get a table, and the bar seating is a nice option if you are solo. Portions are filling, prices feel fair, and I always leave thinking about what I will order next time.
